Excursión de un día completo en Cuzco, Puca Pucara y Tambomachay y Sacsayhuamán
Descripción
Lo recogeremos en su hotel a las 8.30 h en transporte privado y conduciremos unos 20 minutos hasta las colinas de Cuzco. Visitaremos los increíbles yacimientos incas de Puca Pucara (un puesto militar inca), Tambomachay (donde se pueden ver acueductos incas) y, finalmente, las enormes rocas que componen las ruinas de Sacsayhuamán. Después de tomarnos el tiempo para disfrutar de las majestuosas vistas de Cuzco, nuestro chofer nos recogerá y regresaremos a Cuzco para almorzar en un restaurante de la plaza principal. Después del almuerzo, haremos una excursión a fondo en la ciudad de Cuzco, donde visitaremos el mercado de San Pedro, que es un mercado local no turístico. Luego, visitaremos los mejores sitios en Cuzco, incluida la catedral, el templo del sol y, si tenemos tiempo, el museo donde se encuentran todos los artefactos originales de Machu Picchu.

Itinerario
Este recorrido lo llevará a tres sitios arqueológicos incas. Su guía lo recibirá en su hotel a las 8:30 a.m. y lo llevaremos en transporte privado 20 minutos al sitio arqueológico inca de Puka Pukara o roca roja que anteriormente era un sitio militar.
Luego nos dirigiremos a Tambomachay, una increíble serie de terrazas con acueductos, canales y cascadas incas originales.
Finalmente, conduciremos al sitio del patrimonio mundial de la Unesco de Sacsayhuaman. Ubicado en un empinado afloramiento con vista a Cusco, este sitio inca se compone de grandes rocas unidas sin mortero. Era un sitio importante para fines militares y ceremoniales. Se le dará un recorrido privado por el sitio e iremos a una vista donde hay excelentes vistas de la ciudad de Cusco.
Regrese en transporte privado a la plaza principal de Cusco, donde almorzaremos y, si es valiente, puede probar el cuy. Después del almuerzo, caminaremos hasta el bullicioso mercado de San Pedro, donde muchos Cusqueños locales compran y van a comer. Realizaremos un recorrido por los puestos que venden de todo, desde frutas y verduras, carnes y plantas medicinales.
Luego lo guiarán en un recorrido por los sitios históricos más importantes de Cusco, incluida la Plaza de Armas y la catedral principal. Dentro de la catedral, puedes ver un enorme altar de plata y una pintura de la última cena donde comen conejillo de Indias. También le daremos un recorrido por Coricancha, que era el templo inca más sagrado dedicado a Inti, el dios del sol. Cuando los españoles llegaron a Cusco, demolieron el templo, utilizando los cimientos existentes sobre los cuales construir una iglesia colonial. Si hay tiempo, podemos visitar el museo donde se encuentran muchos artefactos de Machu Picchu.

We took the city tour with the Valentin's Pachamama team and were very well taken care of. Booked the private full day tour of Cusco for my mother and me and had an amazing time! Valentin and Kenny were so knowledgeable about the cultural significance of every single stop and answered all of our questions along the way. We both learned so much about Incan culture and their way of life, and seeing the sites by ourselves just wouldn’t have been the same. It was also our first full day in Cusco, and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortably acclimating to the elevation during the tour. Highly recommend!
This was a wonderful full day tour exploring the ruins that surround Cusco. Our guide Simon was very knowledgable. He provided lots of history of the Inka empire that engaged the whole family. The tour also took us to the Cathedral and the San Pedro Market. Our driver Daniel was punctual, fun and also provided information of the places that we visited.

Valentin was one of the major reasons our group's trip to Peru was such an amazing experience for everybody. He is funny, charming, and so incredibly knowledgeable about a myriad of topics. Valentine did a two day tour for a group of us traveling in Cusco and the Sacred Valley of Peru. Valentine is so knowledgeable about Inca history and culture and brought this to us in an intelligent and accessible way. He was attentive to our needs. He spent time to explain the sites.
