Started at beginning point but wouldn't allow us to advance w the app. Walked on our own to visit the neighborhood.
I didn’t take the tour because I was unable to download the content, which was probably my fault. I’m really sorry it didn’t work out for me.

Loved the self guided tour. It was nice to take your time and not be rushed. Wish some of the stops had some more information but overall it was great!
paid for tour. then had to wait 30 minutes for email to activate it. had to download another app to use the tour which gave me a map of some houses but the audio segment never activated or played when I clicked on the headphone icons. A 100% waste of money — got nothing out of it!
Edward, we are sorry to hear about your experience and will refund you for your purchase. We have not been able to replicate the issues you reported for the New Orleans Garden District tour. Can you provide us with any information on the mobile device and model you were using when attempting to take the tour?
Fun app that made touring the Garden District easy and interesting. There were so many beautiful homes that had interesting pasts.

How convenient and fun was this! I looked up walking tours in the Garden District of New Orleans and came across Welcome Walks. The facts they provided via the audio narrative were actually fascinating and not boring. Not only was I able to take it straight from my phone, but I could go at my own pace and spend some time at each of the stops, which was wonderful. If you haven't already taken one of these tours, I highly recommend it! I will be in Atlanta in a couple of weeks and can't wait to take one there. Thanks Welcome Walks!
