Ofrecemos recojo en hoteles ubicados dentro del Centro Histórico de Cusco y hasta 1 km alrededor del JW Marriott El Convento. Por favor, esté listo en el lobby de su hotel 10 minutos antes de la hora programada de recojo. Nuestro equipo se pondrá en contacto con usted para confirmar la hora y el lugar exactos. Podemos esperar hasta 30 minutos; después de ese tiempo, el servicio se considerará como “no show”. Recojo: 4:00–5:00 a.m. o 7:00–8:00 a.m. Duración: 12–14 horas. Llegada a Machu Picchu: 8:00 a.m. o 12:00 p.m. Retorno a Cusco: 7:00 p.m. o 9:00 p.m., según la hora de salida. Nota: No se recomienda reservar este tour el mismo día de su vuelo de salida de Cusco.

First of all you are so disconnected from reality it is interesting!! Your customer support team initiated a refund for us as the cancellation came within the 24hr window. One would think that registered with your feedback mechanism?!! We never got to go on our trip, your trusted local operator canceled on us the day before. Unfortunately for you we will be bad publicity for you and likely never book another trip with you!!
We confirmed 3 days ago. Our trip was scheduled for tomorrow. This morning my husband noticed on the PDF voucher in Viator APP that we needed to pick up our tickets to Machu Picchu in Cusco, my husband took a taxi to the address noted as the "ticket redemption location" to find nothing but grass at the location!! No building, nothing, which set us in motion that we had been taken, perhaps scammed. When he texted the tour company Viator booked us with “SALKANTAY TRAVEL PERU E.I.R.L", Anyhela who we have been communicating with since booking she NOW says that our tour is not available. No Tickets! This is past the Viator 24 hour cancellation period and no one was going to tell us??? Viator Rep says we will get a refund within 3-7 business days. But no trip to Machu Picchu tomorrow, or ever through Viator!! 🤬

I visited Machu Picchu 5 years ago with a cheap group tour. It was chaotic and exhausting. This private trip showed me what I missed. I was worried my 6-year-old would get exhausted. Our private guide was amazing with kids patient, funny, and full of energy. He let the kids take breaks whenever they wanted. The train had big, comfortable seats. We brought snacks, but the guide also had some emergency crackers for the kids. He even played a Inca trivia game with them during the bus ride. Both kids stayed happy the whole 14 hours. That’s a miracle in my book.

Excellent experience with travel peru! Great communication, great tour very informative. Our guide took a lot of photos for us. Our driver that took us back to the airport was so kind and shared even more history of Cusco which was the perfect ending to our trip.
