En el camino al lago Humantay, nos detendremos en el tradicional pueblo andino de Mollepata, donde los viajeros disfrutan del desayuno y descansan un poco mientras admiran los valles y montañas circundantes. Esta parada permite a los huéspedes prepararse para la aventura más profunda en los Andes.
Soraypampa es el punto de partida de la caminata al lago Humantay y la puerta de entrada a la famosa caminata de Salkantay. Desde aquí los viajeros comienzan el recorrido panorámico rodeado de impresionantes vistas de los picos nevados y los paisajes dramáticos de los Andes.
Humantay Lake es una de las atracciones naturales más espectaculares cerca de Cusco. Después de una caminata gratificante, los viajeros llegan al impresionante lago glacial turquesa ubicado en la base de la montaña Humantay. Los visitantes pueden explorar la zona, tomar fotos y disfrutar del increíble paisaje andino.
Durante el trayecto los viajeros disfrutan de espectaculares vistas de la majestuosa Montaña Salkantay, uno de los picos más altos y sagrados de los Andes peruanos. Esta impresionante montaña cubierta de nieve domina el paisaje y es una parte importante de la belleza natural de la región.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
El servicio de recogida en el hotel está disponible en alojamientos ubicados en el centro histórico de Cusco. Si su hotel se encuentra fuera del centro de la ciudad o en una zona con acceso limitado para vehículos, el punto de encuentro será la Plaza de Armas del Cusco, junto a la fuente principal. La hora exacta de recogida y la ubicación se confirmarán un día antes del tour.

Humantay Lake is easily one of the most gorgeous places that I have ever been!. Alex was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, sincere, funny, and engaged with us. We woke up very early to start the hike before the crowds arrived, and the early start was absolutely worth it. The views are beautiful, and they are very accommodating when it comes to breakfast and lunch options. Overall a very cool place and from what our tour guide told us is relatively new. We enjoyed every moment of it.

Loved this place! One of the day treks known to expats from Cusco. The lake was stunning and there are many places to take photos without other people showing up on them. You have horse ride just in case if you don’t have to Hike uphill to the lake. You can spot birds, alpacas, cows and interesting plants along the way. Both breakfast and lunch were nice. We absolutely loved our trip and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a memorable, well organized, and enjoyable adventure.

A beautiful lake, a truly natural and lovely place, that definitely takes your breath away. The climb up there was quite an adventure because of the altitude. It is an absolute challenge to reach the lake, but once you do it immediately becomes worth it. The tour guide was very helpful, explained everything, and gave insights into the area. I highly recommend coming here, such a beautiful place!

Hike to Humantay Lake exceeded my all expectations. The views are stunning and the hike is very pleasant. Unbelievable lake scenery at the base of a snow capped mountain. The pickup was well organized, and the team kept us informed throughout the entire process. If you’re going to visit Cusco Peru I would say make this one of the places to see!

Had a trip of a lifetime with Edward, our guide. The hike was somewhat challenging towards the end but totally rewarding. They had an option of riding a horse to the summiot, but i preffered hiking. Edward shared many interesting facts about the local culture and beliefs. Highly recommend the tour and the tour company.

An incredible tour with breathtaking views we’ll never forget. I almost gave up hiking, but the 2hrs hike was all worth it after seeing such beauty. Reaching the lagoon is an indescribable feeling. Its bright turquoise blue water, colored by glacier minerals, contrasts beautifully with the surrounding snow-capped mountains. Carlos was an excellent guide kind, funny, and he captured some great pictures of us along the way. I loved it.
Trip to Humantay Lake was a once and a lifetime experience. The view of the lake is very beautiful and you can enjoy the contrast of green blue and white from the mountains. The trekking is hard but the view really worth it. I made it to the lake in 47 minutes, but this is not the norm. I enjoyed every moment of it. Highly recommend.
The Humantay Lack was one of the most shocking experiences I have ever experienced. The color of the lagoon is beautiful, accompanied by an imposing snow-capped mountain. The view from this place is wonderful, flawless, but the climb is quite difficult; the altitude makes the ascent very challenging. But you can ride on horseback if you prefer. The meals were served at a wonderful mountainside location, with a fantastic view.

I loved the hike and everything I experienced there. It was a super amazing experience with the Alex guide. The color of the lagoon is beautiful, accompanied by an imposing snow-capped mountain. A place of great peace. Everything was well organized, and Alex made sure the group stayed safe and moved at a comfortable pace for everyone. Our trip Humantay Lack was absolutely amazing! The views and overall experience were unforgettable. but there's a long road to travel behind this beauty, though it's worth it. Edwin, our guide, was amazing. We loved his energy and positive attitude. He was very collaborative and had a deep knowledge of the history, which made the trip even more special. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring water to stay hydrated. Would highly recommend.
