Tu aventura comienza temprano en la mañana, por lo que te recomendamos descansar bien la víspera. Nuestro conductor lo recogerá entre las 3:30 AM y las 4:00 AM desde su alojamiento en Cusco (el horario exacto puede variar según la disponibilidad del tren). Tomaremos un cómodo viaje en autobús por el Valle Sagrado hasta Ollantaytambo, un encantador pueblo rodeado de impresionantes paisajes andinos.El boleto de entrada a Machu Picchu está incluido y garantizado si se reserva con al menos dos meses de anticipación; de lo contrario, ofrecemos opciones alternativas como asegurar un boleto físico en Aguas Calientes.
En la estación de tren de Ollantaytambo, abordará un pintoresco viaje en tren a Aguas Calientes (Ciudad de Machú Picchu). Este viaje de 1,5 horas ofrece impresionantes vistas del río Urubamba, exuberantes bosques nublados y montañas imponentes. Una introducción perfecta a la experiencia mágica que tenemos por delante.
Una vez que llegue a Aguas Calientes, nuestro equipo estará allí para darle la bienvenida y asistirlo en el abordaje del bus lanzadera a Machu Picchu.
A la entrada, su guía experto le estará esperando para guiarlo en un inolvidable recorrido por la legendaria ciudadela inca. Después de su visita guiada, tiene la opción de tomar el bus lanzadera de regreso a Aguas Calientes o caminar por un sendero panorámico del Camino Inca a través de una exuberante vegetación. En el camino, se puede visitar el Museo Machu Picchu para sumergirse más en la rica historia del sitio y los descubrimientos arqueológicos.

Después del almuerzo, abordaremos el tren de regreso a Ollantaytambo, seguido de un cómodo viaje en autobús de regreso a Cusco. It was a great tour. My tour guide Giovanna was exceptional and knowledgeable. She explained the story of Machu Picchu and how it came to be today. She took so many great pictures of me lol, at one point even I became tired of taking photos. Even though I didn’t get circuit 2, circuit 3 was great in my opinion. The sun was also hot! In addition, the tour operators communicated effectively leading up to and on the day of the excursion and I really appreciated that. The only issue I had which is minor, is the long wait to return. I got back to Cusco at midnight. Maybe next time I’d appreciate an earlier return to Ollantaytambo - Cusco.

This company was very helpful in guiding me to be able to go to Machu Picchu, as it was my first time, and I wasn’t 100% sure how to get there on my own. This is not exactly a tour, it’s more of a guidance service. There was a bit of lack of communication on their part when it came to the hotel for the first night, as well as I did not receive the dinner that was supposed to be included in the extra amount I paid. They do charge $50 extra if you don’t already have a ticket, as well as if you want a better train on the way back to Cusco. Other than that, the tour guide they chose for me at the top of Machu Picchu was amazing. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very personable.
We were scammed! Besides, the excursion was for one day and ended up being two because they kept the money and set up a different excursion. It also didn't include the tickets and we had to pay the guide 50 extra dollars
The tour, in general, was well organized. However, I was dissatisfied with the organization of the return to Cusco. During the guidance meeting I made it clear that I would like to come back as soon as possible, provided that this would not involve additional costs. After the meeting, I confirmed this request in writing to avoid any doubt. Nevertheless, my return was only scheduled for 20:20. With this, I had to stay for many hours in Aguas Callientes after the visit to Machu Picchu, and the city offers few attractions to occupy this time. In my opinion, this choice could have been better planned, mainly because my preference had been communicated in advance. There were two schedule options: 14:00 and 19:00.
They fulfilled all the agreement with traibs, bus, hotel, guide. If you want to sleep in silence, you better don't choose la Virgen del Carmen. I am very happy I decided to do this activity because of all the Inca cultural heritage I have learned, even some words.
Machu Picchu is a must visit place on the earth because of its highly rich culture and civilisation. its high altitude make us feel very good in terms of good climate. at aleast we need to spend 3-5 days over there.
We booked 10 months in advance. The company failed to secure tickets for all 7 of us, only got 6. They told us that it was all arranged for that person to use a different circuit and sneak through. That didn't work. So she had to do a different circuit by herself. No one seemed to care much. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
WARNING!!!! Think you have tickets to Machu Picchu, guess again. This listing is not very clear at all. It hints that you will have tickets to enter Machu Picchu, but in fact you will get a ride to Aguas Calientes to wait 6 to 8 hours in line at the Ministry of Tourism to buy entry tickets. AND, those tickets may be for 2 days out, so be prepared for to stay there a couple nights. Nixon and associates do not want to communicate with you on the Viador or any other 3rd party messaging system where they are overseen. They will ask that you contact them via Whatsapp for a meeting where they will ask you for an extra $75 per person or more. I paid this and still did not have tickets to Machu Picchu. DO NOT PAY!! Contact Viator and ask for a refund. Only go along if you have plenty of extra days and do not mind staying. My advise it to buy your tickets from the government website 6 months out to get your tickets. Then book your own train tickets and your own taxi from Cusco and then book the shuttle for the last part to Machu Picchu. I am sorry I did not do this and trusted this company. We came all the way to Peru and Cusco and missed Machu Picchu.
