First off, the tour is a good value for the money. They did everything they said in the web description. The down side was the 4 van changes they had me do to consolidate to the tour I needed to be on. Also, the vans are very well used - that is to say worn out and ride very rough. Last, our van was packed to capacity. I guess you get what you pay for. But guides were all pleasant and knowledgeable
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that the tour met the expectations outlined in the description and that you found it to be a good value for the money. We’re also happy to know our guides made a positive impression with their knowledge and friendly attitude. We do understand that the multiple van changes and the condition of the transportation affected your comfort, and we appreciate you pointing this out. Your comments are important to us. Thank you again for choosing us and for sharing both the positives and the areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide an even smoother experience.
Had a blast! From the ATV to the Tour, the guides were friendly and knowledgeable and certainly kept us entertained for the entire experience. I will say however, that despite all the pictures they were taking of us, we were never offered the opportunity to buy them. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Thank you very much for these words!! I will ensure all our crew will know they are doing an excellent job. We hope to see you soon in another adventour!!
Coba was fun. Guide did a good job. The mayan family visit afterwards was good. The people were very friendly

Really incredible experience for the price. It lasted all day long, and aside from the long drive to and from Coba, there wasn’t a dull moment. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional.

Avoid at all costs! Extremely poorly organized from the beginning. Broken equipment. Got a broken helmet, noticed many broken life bests, and the atvs (MANY of them) broke down so we couldn’t go more than a minute or 2 before the guide would stop. This is not an exaggeration! We spent most of the time sitting in our own exhaust. Skipped zip lining because we straight up did not trust this company to keep us safe after the ATV experience. They should not all need to carry wrenches and bring extra people to fix equipment along the way. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for our guide to Cobá. He was very sweet, helpful, and informative. However, I would say stay away from this company at all costs.
We have alot of good comments, that means we are a great company and the most important thing for us it's keeping you safe!
Beware. Despite saying they do a hotel pickup, we were told to meet them at a local supermarket, so we had to pay out of pocket for round trip taxis to the meeting spot. After a brief ATV ride down a bumpy dirt road, we waited for over an hour in our zip line harnesses and helmets doing nothing, it was well over 80 degrees and no water was offered. After our ziplines, which were part of a chaotic and disorganized hike (again with no water and little explanation-multiple people in my group were feeling nauseous/lightheaded from dehydration), we swam in the cenotes, which was actually really beautiful! We were supposed to be served a lunch of flautas and other Mexican food, but after 6 hours of activities, we were told to get in a new van with a new guide and go to Coba, no lunch received. At Coba, our new guide told us we could buy some chips. After that, we were taken to a Mayan home tour (didn’t sign up for that, it was an error) and not back to our hotel, as promised. When we asked the tour guide when we would be going home (we had been with the excursion company for 9+ hours), he said “when we are done, there are other people in this group”. So basically, we were shuttled into a new group incorrectly and stuck for hours without going home. We had to cancel our evening plans. Eventually we were dumped in the parking lot of the grocery store again, NOT at our hotel as promised. Dehydrated, hungry, and exhausted-3 hours later than advertised.
The time frame depends where you are located, this is a tour with 2 different locations, we take you to the amazing Mayan ruins of Coba and our private location in the middle of the jungle that everyone loves and we always offer our traditional Mexican snack and water
Victor, our guide, was awesome. He was patient and encouraging. He didn’t make you do anything you didn’t want to do.
Thank you very much for these words!! I will ensure Víctor and all our crew will know they are doing a great job!! We hope to see you soon in another adventour!!
I hate to write a poor review but I feel very mislead. We did not ATV through the jungle. It was a on a wide dirt road with cars. We went very slow. We also had to share our ATVs instead of having our own. Lastly, we missed out in the 4th zip line because of time, which was the longest one. Other than that, the cenote was beautiful and fun and the food was good.
Hi there, Thank you for your time and your comment. Im really sorry to read that you missed the 4th zipline. We have now some restrictions in time and numbers of people due to the sanitary situation. Regarding the ATVs, they do pass through the jungle, the only car you can see around is our van, driving our customers. Also you need to choose between single or shared ATV, and pay an extra cost for the single one. We appreciate that you took the time to write and hope you enjoyed the rest of your tour. Best regards Julie
So much fun! Our guide was awesome and kept the activities moving and on time. We started with ATV riding through the jungle (which was a so fun) then cenote swimming, ziplining, rappeling, and then took a beautiful tour of Coba. We ended it with the most amazing surprise - a blessing ceremony from a Mayan shaman! Loved! I gave 4 stars because I didn't like how phones were discouraged because they wanted you to pay for their photos they took, but overall it was totally worth it!
Hi Gabby, we are glad that you love our activity, to prevent from the risk, we recommend to put the cellphones in the lockers because we've already had problems with lost in the jungle cellphones (or broken). But the last decision is yours, you can also bring a Go pro or an underwater camera for your own pictures.
I was nervous about the 1 review but this ended up great. It was a combo of a Mayan Adrenalina Tour + Coba tour. It was a very fun day of ATVs, zipline, cenote and of course Coba. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to do these activities.
Thank you very much for your comments, we are glad that you have lots of fun. Kind regards
