Atrévase a ser parte de una de las actividades más enigmáticas en Cancún y México. Le recogeremos en furgonetas con aire acondicionado. Tenemos el mejor servicio del estado y la comida se prepara con las más altas normas de higiene. Siéntase muy seguro con nuestras tirolinas que cumplen las más altas normas seguridad a nivel mundial. Recomendamos llevar una toalla y calzado para el agua o sandalias cerradas. También debe usar protector solar biodegradable. Debido a nuestro compromiso con la naturaleza, recomendamos a nuestros viajeros que utilicen productos biodegradables. La experiencia es tan increíble que le llevará a vivir la jungla maya en sus tres formas: por aire, en nuestras tirolinas, en el agua de nuestro cenote y por tierra, con nuestros vehículos todoterreno. Es importante mencionar que solo se permite conducir a usuarios con más de 18 años; de lo contrario, deberá compartir un vehículo todoterreno. Lugares y horarios de recogida
Si su hotel no aparece en la lista, lo que significa que necesita ir a un punto de encuentro especial, háganoslo saber en qué hotel se va a alojar para que un representante de nuestra empresa pueda ponerse en contacto con usted para indicarle el punto de encuentro y la hora de recogida. Este servicio tiene dos horarios diferentes, el primero es para un tour matutino y el recojo para Cancún es entre 7 : 30 am a 8 : 30 am, para Playa del Carmen es entre 7 : 00 a 8 : 50 y el segundo es para un tour de mediodía y el recojo para Cancún es entre 11 : 30 am a 12 : 30 pm y para Playa del Carmen es entre 11 : 00 am a 12 : 55 pm. Los horarios varían según el hotel, nuestro representante le indicará el horario exacto por correo o por mensaje de texto. La actividad comienza a las 9:30 y 13:30. En caso de seleccionar una zona diferente a la que se encuentra su hotel, su reserva se editará con la zona correcta a través del motor de reservas.

- En caso de que seleccione una zona diferente a la zona en la que se encuentra su hotel, su reserva debe editarse con la zona correcta (coste diferente) a través del motor de reservas.

- El seguro ATV está incluido, no es necesario pagar una tarifa de seguro adicional.
- Por medidas de seguridad, no se permite el uso de teléfonos celulares durante las actividades.
- El límite de peso es de 270 libras para tirolesas y 300 libras para vehículos todo terreno.
- Te recomendamos traer: ropa de cambio, toalla, zapatos cerrados, traje de baño, bloqueador solar y repelente biodegradable, lentes de sol y pañuelos para cuatrimotos.

Had a great time on this ATV and zip line tour! The entire experience was fun from start to finish, and the last part where we got to jump into the water was definitely one of the highlights. The water was very refreshing, especially after all the activities. The food was also really good and made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for something fun, adventurous, and exciting to do while on vacation!
Everyone you talk to quotes a different price, got there after a very unpleasant ride with sardine packed van on extremely bumpy road. Immediately met with pressured selling of water shoes, goggles, phone pouches and face covers for 5 times retail price. Locker for personal items was extra money. They tried to say we didn't pay for everything to attempt to upgrade us for more money but we had receipts. Won't allow phones on most excursion. Horseback ride was like a pony ride but maybe 1/4mile circle. Cenote was similar to a large dirty pool. Atvs were cool and zip was cool. The photographer ripped me off. The $60 photos changed my card for $69 after promising that it would be $60 flat when converted. They hassle you for tips. They only offer pork and veggies tacos for lunch and try to up sell you chicken and other beef and drinks. Try to sell $100 tequila. This was a money grab but I made the best of it.
Great experience! Guide Marlo was absolutely amazing and made the tour enjoyable. Bring water shoes and a face covering for the dust. Lockers are mandatory, so arrive with nothing if possible. You cannot take your own photos, but a photographer is available. The tequila tasting is free, but they do try to sell you tequila afterward. Most bottles are $79.99, with the most expensive “sale” bottle at $129.99. The included snack is a small pork taco, with additional food available for purchase at the end. Overall, a fun and worthwhile excursion!

ATV ride wasn’t good. ATV is old and was cutting off. The trail is extremely bumpy. Not a good experience. Zip lining, Cenote and tequila tasting were awesome.

Everything was great! From the start of transportation, introductions, ATV, Zip line, tequila tasting and private lunch with tacos and margaritas to jumping into the cenote!!!! Fun experience. You can’t bring your phone on the ATV and zip line sessions, put someone take pictures the whole way. At the end you can pay for them he airdropped them to us all of the pictures for $79.

They are definitely going to upsell you, but the VIP is worth it... Definitely bring goggles and mask or you will need to purchase them there. Nacho and team were amazing Guides and kept the energy high! Your ATV experience will definitely being determined by the pace of the drivers of your group. Zip line, Cenote swim, and tour guide were all great. The bus ride from the hotel to the park (1hr) was miserable, due to being full and having terrible suspension and weak AC on a very hot day. The ATVs are older and a portion of them stall and break down.

So here’s the deal, if you have never ridden four wheelers or done a zip line then MAYBE this would be fun for you. Starts with being upsold on the VIP experience which ultimately was worth it for the private Cenote. After that they try to get you to buy goggles and a neck/face sleeve which you don’t need at all since the ATV ride is the slowest thing ever(if your ATV doesn’t break down) since you have to stay in a line on a short road. Then you are guided to a very mediocre zip line tour. During this whole time no phones at all. After that it was semi worth it for a fun off-road ride on a bus to a private cenote for a tequila tasting, tacos, drinks and swimming in a cenote for about 25 minutes. The guide we had (Ignacio aka NACHO) was awesome, he made that part of the experience worth it. At the end they sell you on a photo package for $80 US. Overall would definitely not do again and spend the money doing other things. Don’t waste a day of your trip doing this!!
