Disfrute de su amor por la aventura en Xplor Adventure Park, ubicado a menos de una hora de Cancún. Elevese por las copas de los árboles en las tirolinas más altas de la Riviera Maya y conduzca un vehículo anfibio sobre todo tipo de terrenos. Nada en ríos subterráneos o rema una balsa a través de cavernas adornadas con estalagmitas y estalactitas. Luego cava en un almuerzo buffet que ofrece comida deliciosa y saludable. Itinerario
Comience el día con un relajante viaje de 45 minutos en una minivan con aire acondicionado desde su hotel de Cancún hasta Xplor Adventure Park. Una vez que llegues, tendrás la oportunidad de explorar una variedad de actividades emocionantes a tu propio ritmo.
TIROLESAS Siente la emoción de volar por encima del dosel de la selva tropical en los emocionantes campos de tirolesa. Elevese a alturas de hasta 30 metros mientras disfruta de impresionantes vistas de la selva circundante. Algunas tirolinas te llevan a las profundidades de cuevas subterráneas, donde correrás a través de grietas oscuras y grutas. Los guías dirán el nombre del tour en voz alta. - Acceso Prioritario significa que al recogerlo, por favor presente su comprobante impreso o digital, identificación con fotografía y la tarjeta de crédito que utilizó para realizar la compra para abordar el autobús y recibir una pulsera para ingresar al parque. - Si en el momento de adquirir el billete aún no tiene el hotel, deberá ponerse en contacto con el personal de Atención al Cliente Viator al menos 24 horas antes de la visita al parque para ayudarle a coordinar la recogida con nosotros. -Debe llegar 10 minutos antes a la ubicación asignada. - El servicio de transporte no es privado por lo que compartirá el autobús con algunos otros visitantes de Grupo Xcaret.

- Se recomienda llevar ropa ligera y cómoda, zapatos o zapatillas para caminar, bloqueador solar biodegradable, traje de baño y toalla y un cambio de ropa adicional.
- Los bebés de 0 a 4 años son gratis. Importante : Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto todo el tiempo.
- Para niños menores de 1 mt de altura las actividades están restringidas. Los bebés (de 0 a 4 años) deben permanecer con un adulto en la cafetería, restaurante o áreas de descanso.
- La edad mínima para conducir los vehículos anfibios es de 18 años, y todos los conductores deben tener una licencia de conducir válida
- Requisitos de tirolina : La altura/peso mínimo es de 4,5 pies (137 cm) o 88 libras (40 kg); el peso máximo es de 300 (136 kg); el ancho máximo de cintura es de 51 pulgadas (130 cm) y el ancho de pierna de 25 pulgadas (65 cm)
- Use o traiga zapatos y ropa que puedan mojarse, y traiga una muda de ropa seca que pueda mantener en las taquillas del lugar; por favor use repelente de insectos libre de químicos.
- La recogida opera desde diferentes hoteles en Cancún, Playa del Carmen y la Riviera Maya por lo que el tiempo de recogida variará dependiendo de la ubicación de su hotel. Te recogeremos en tu hotel o en el punto más cercano disponible en nuestras rutas.
- El horario del Bono es informativo.
- Si en el momento de completar su compra no tiene el nombre del hotel, debe comunicarse con el personal de Atención al Cliente Viator al menos 24 horas antes de la visita al parque para ayudarlo a coordinar la recogida con nosotros.

Must bring watershoes for most activities and I'd recommend a waterproof phone pouch. Food was nice and staff were lovely.
Pick up was at 9:30 but we didn’t leave 10:30 for less than a ten minute journey on the bus. By the time we got to the check in desk it was 10:45am then you need to get your helmets etc. Recommend doing toboginate first as it’s the most popular activity. My family liked it but I hated it as I didn’t feel safe in it. The caves experience, zip lines, food, nice staff, hygiene and cleanliness were all great. Buy the photo package it’s excellent value for money.

Great place. This portion of the park is almost ALL underground. Amazing!

The pick up was late, we got to the park 1hr late and than they ask for tips? what a joke. The park is great, most of it is underground, the zip-line and the water slide(1hr queue) was the highlight. Food is ok, nothing special, they also have a drinks/smoothie bar that was good, great variety. Make sure to bring a case to protect the phone underwater and water shoes. The bus they pick you up is cool.

Lots of walking, was an excellent adventure with lots of activities to do. Great for all ages. Buffett was average
No outside swimming at Xplor. You will be walking around 20k steps if you do every activity. My husband and I had a wonderful time, the cave River Swim was our favorite part of the whole trip. The caves are gorgeous and the water is cool and clear. The zip lines are a lot of fun for a rush of excitement. Just be prepared for the workout. You climb hundreds of steps and walk up hundreds of feet of steep inclines. Every activity is very far from the other. You walk through a complex system of caves and trails to find each activity. The Amphibious vehicles are SLOW. The park does not allow you to drive fast, honestly the vehicles seem old and in need of maintenance also. Driving through the caves however was a nice addition to the drive. The lunch buffet is wonderful. The selection of Agua Fresca is AMAZING! They offer wonderful flavors and they are very refreshing. Overall we had a good day at the park. After we completed all of the activities we were tired and our feet needed a break. We had 3 free hours before our ride would arrive and just wished that the park offered an outdoor pool so that we could have waited for our ride in it. Instead of sitting or repeating the activities we had already done.
Went yesterday , and we had a fabulous action packed day. The park is set in a combination of fabulous grounds and caves, maintained to an excellent standard, offering great guest facilities with an abundance of lockers, and changing rooms upon arrival which are exceptionally clean and modern. The rides and zip lines were fantastic and ultra safe so no worries there. We opted for the lunch package and the variety offered was amazing and very fresh and amazingly presented. Overall we felt it offered an excellent exceptional day and good value for money compared to a lot of other trips we did and by far the best!!! Only small complaint was that the signage was confusing and we regularly found ourselves asking one of the many park staff where things were, but other than that we would highly recommend the park to anyone thinking of going . A big thank you from us to Xcaret and the park team 😀😀👍👍

We have had the most amazing day out at Xplor! Much better than any theme park in UK as rides/activities lasted 5-45minutes. It’s clean and really well organised, including a traffic light system to indicate how busy rides are. Food and drink is all included and was really good quality including a great selection of gluten free and vegan options. Zip-lining was not as scary as I expected, but I did wimp out of the waterside!

I mainly went there to take my 15yr old son who loves adventure and he loved it all. I am not a great swimmer but I did the hammock splash and that was great and the underground walk with slide after and at 120kgs that was good. The food was nice and warm and you could go to the restaurant as many times plus there is a beverage place for drinks before the restaurant opens. We got picked up from our resort at Barcelo Maya we were the last pick up and first drop off after it is only 20mins away. I bought the package online on their official site they had discount it cost me I think £300 for 2 and 2 photo packages although u can add a $59 video package for ciplines but we didn't opt for that and we went with our own water shoes and water cases for phones
