Unique, relaxing...

Unique, relaxing environment - highly recommended. One of the best geothermal experiences in the world. No smell and so nice to be able to dip in the lake too. Swim up bar is great and reasonably priced.

Really nice Spa in Iceland.

This was our favorite spa of 3 we visited. It seemed cleaner, nicer, with much to offer. The fresh water was nice, the cold plunge in the lake was exciting, and the varying temperatures of the pools was nice. Also, not sure why some reviews seemed disappointed in the view. I thought it was beautiful. The town was one of my favorites.

Great place, just a little too popular

Great place, it's so beautiful when the water is calm and the sun is out. The water was definitely hot enough and the lake was a left 11c for cooling off without having a heart attack. The facility is 5 stars, very clean and well organized. My only complaint is that they oversold tickets for the day. It got quite crowded and some pools were just not comfortable with all the people in there.

Great place to relax...

The baths are great and the view across the lake make it very special. The facilities are good and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pools are great with a range of water temperatures to suit everyone, including the lake which as 9 degrees Celsius when I was there....

Would highly recommend

Really beautiful place to soak after multiple long days of travel. The staff was great and the location was beautiful. We went mid day and it wasn’t very crowded at all. It was the perfect stop on the drive around the ring road. We loved it

A beautiful place to relax

A moment of relaxation after having driven all day. The site is suited to our wishes: setting, attendance, accessibility, and comfort.

We loved it , best baths in Iceland

It’s been on my bucket list for a long time to visit Vok baths . We finally made the journey and absolutely loved it . We’ve done most of the baths in Iceland and this one we enjoyed the best . The actual building is incredibly modern , immaculately clean . The reception staff are very welcoming. We went on a Sunday in early February and the place was very quiet. The baths themselves are stunning with the lake as the back drop , being able to dip into the lake was great , I’d love to go in the summer as you would be able to swim then . Amazing experience.

Relax like a local in the East of Iceland

Had a wonderful experience at Vök Baths with the winter landscapes in the background. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a great little gem only a few minutes outside of Egilsstaðir. Well worth a visit for a few hours, well priced and the food is good too!

Definitely worth a stop if driving through on ring road

We had a wonderful experience at Vok baths, found the changing facilities very clean and warm, staff friendly and bar good. The pools themselves are lovely so warm and in such a fantastic setting right on the lake. The steam room and cold mist tunnel was excellent. What was the highlight for us was the cold plunge direct in the lake - an experience we didn’t get anywhere else in Iceland and it felt so invigorating! Would highly recommend a stop here if driving the full ring road, felt like a lovely rest before continuing our drive and was so relaxing!
