- - Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our responsibility, refund requests will not be accepted.
- - Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the experience), will not be accepted.
- - We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
- - We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
- - Guests have to be able to walk for approximately 2 hours, at a slow pace, on uneven surfaces that include some steps.
- - We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
- - The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
- - If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
- - If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.

- - Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.

Pleasant, no pressure, walk thru the sights and streets of Mykonos. Plenty of time for the ladies to shop and photos opportunities. Easy to find meeting point and knowledgeable guide was a plus.

Our ship changed docking area rather suddenly but that was no problem and a taxi was sent to pick us up, we were dropped at the start of the tour and met the lovely Georgia, she was the perfect guide, shared so much information and knew everyone, taught us Kalimera which is good morning in Greek and her tour was just the right pace. Highly recommend

Did not specify what sort of tour this was. It was only when the guide turned up that we were told it was a 2 hour WALKING tour. Being as I am a partially disabled person this was totally unsuitable for me. Although they got me on a different driving tour, I didn't get to see any of the attractions of Mykonos . Also because this tour started 2 hours later than I had planned, I missed out on lunch
