This boat tour advertised...

This boat tour advertised access to the tour in English. We found out after the boat left the pier that we were expected to install an APP on our phones which would give the tour in English. We were unable to access the APP so we had no translation of the guides words spoken in German. Plus, in trying to download the APP we missed the historic section of the tour which is what we were most interested in. The time spent in this section of the harbor was miniscule compared to the time spent in the modern functioning harbor.

Really bad, should have been cancelled.

We were on a boat trip. There was complete fog, we could not see more than 20 meters forward. It stated that there would be Danish speech/sound, there was only German. You didn't have to have snacks on board, so we assumed you could buy something. That was not possible. And the guide had brought snacks to himself. This trip should have been cancelled!!

Operator response
