For Monday the 26th of July we had booked the tour (via Viator). Confirmation that the tour is taking place we got promptly. Booking was about 1 week before the scheduled tour. On Sunday the 25th of July we received the call at 11 am that the tour, the next day, is not possible due to illness, we may please cancel. Replacement could not be provided to us. I requested that the tour be cancelled by the organizer himself and that he transfer the money back to me. This need for a long discussion, whereupon the organizer became increasingly unfriendly. Thanks to my tenacity, I was finally able to persuade him to cancel and make a transfer back. In the future, we will no longer book through the organizer and advise you not to.
Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir haben wirklich bis zum letzten Moment versucht, eine Lösung zu finden. One of the most famous entertainment mile in the world and definitely the most famous in Germany reveals itself. Told by artists from the St Pauli scene, it traces the 400 years of history of the area, mainly through the eyes of the Olivia Jones family and you can also take a look behind the scenes of this establishment. Entertaining, interesting and partly concerned with serious social issues.

Great tour. It was great fun to go along and learn a lot about the Reeperbahn. We were shown a lot and in between there was also a short one to drink.

Interesting anecdotes and backgrounds about the Sinful Mile, which you will not read in any guidebook like this. Guide Heiko knows exciting corners and stories that tourists do not otherwise discover. His humour is rough and rustic, but this is absolutely in keeping with the area: It's Reeperbahn and not the Elbphi. Comedy in the sense that there are cabaret performances on tour, it is not. The title is actually somewhat misleading.

We expected much more from a Hamburg Comedy - Reeperbahn tour. Especially from the point of view of comedy. If "comedy" is understood to mean telling prepubescent jokes, especially about the guest's appearance, then it was comedy indeed. A very weak guide, the self-proclaimed "King Heiko", who undoubtedly still has a lot to learn.
