Tour guide didn't turn up. Had to wait 45 minutes for a replacement. Nearly missed our booking at Petronas Towers. Not a good day
Sorry for inconvenience caused... Regarding Your booking our in house driver stuck at heavy traffic due to major accident then last minute we find our out source vehicle finally reach around 12:30pm because of your twin tower slot at 1pm driver was rushing and manage drop you before 1pm so our main concern is you don't to missed your slot and after the twin tower visit driver covered all the itinerary was mention.
Very disappointed with this company. We paid quite alot of money for a private trip. We had notification to be meeting at 12 prompt, only to find no one turned up. I contact the person that was due to collect us and he didn't know anything about it. Eventually, the company managed to get a replacement but he was so late we nearly missed our Petronas Towers tour. We had to get out of the car in the middle of a busy road. Run across lanes of coming traffic to get to the Towers. Then of course we couldn't find the driver after the visit. A stressful day. I can't recommend the company.

We only managed to see from outside. It was fully booked and there were no more tickets for the next few days. The fountain lightup is nice

We were rather disappointed in this private tour. Unlike previous tours our tour guide just dropped us off at several locations and waited in the car for us. Did not learn very much about KL. He was a nice man. Car was clean. Good driver.

We had a great time on this trip. Our driver and guide for the day, Mr. Vikram was very helpful. He showed us around and allowed us to make as many stopovers as we wanted. He also obliged in helping us to take photographs.

Linh was our guide for this tour and he spoke very good English and was very friendly and helpful and made sure we got to see parts of the City that were interesting to us. The Petronus Towers are very unique and tall and well worth the visit if you like heights and great views of the city. The KL Tower was also worth the visit. We also visited the outside of the Kings Palace which was impressive.

This tour was great for our first day in KL to learn about the city. We were taken to a lot of the important places to visit. The tour guide Vikram was very happy, warm and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs, giving us lots of time to complete each site visit. The tour was very comprehensive and it was great to be in air conditioned transport. Easy day and easy to manage.
