Guide was particularly friendly. However, several times asked to speak a bit louder and requested to switch from German to English. Both speaking louder and further in English had bad results for a while. He undoubtedly knew a lot, but we lost the courage to repeat our question and lost attention.

The tour guide, whom I believe is also the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to instinctively know what we would want to see. Definitely has experience in this field! We went on an extremely hot day and he made sure we stayed in the shade for most of it. The ride was long and very interesting, and worth every penny. He did the tour in both English and German and answered every question completely. And also translated when someone asked a question in another language. He gave us all sorts of tips on places to visit and eat later or on our next visit. I can’t recommend this tour enough! I would give it six stars if I could. Definitely one of the best city bike tours that I’ve been on.

My 14-year old daughter and I took this 3+ hour tour. Barnd was a lovely guide. He tailored the tour to our interests including stopping by the spots where the Beatles stayed. We covered a lot of Hamburg on those 3.5 hours, so we not only were able to see the lovely HafenCity, but we also got great exercise. We highly recommend.

Great tour with our guide Bernt, with great experience and lots of fun things to tell us. We were taken to places we would never have found ourselves, a real treat. He was really flexible and adapted the tour to our wishes. Good bikes, good tempo.

we thoroughly enjoyed our bike ride with our guide Bernt around some of the many interesting parts of this great city. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

The guide could NOT speak Danish. It was hard to hear. Talked very quietly. The meeting place was not as written at Dammtor, but about 1 km away. The guide was not aware that the trip was set to 3 hours.

Unfortunately, our tour guide doesn't speak Danish. In our information on the meeting point you will find written that the Bicycle Station (called Dammtor), is located in Schlüterstraße 11, opposite the University building. Of course, if you came by bus or train to the Dammtor stop, there is still 850m to walk. However, we apologize for the misunderstandings that have arisen. Best regards,
