It was a very pleasant thing, we could go on holiday together to Malaysia after being in Singapore the day before, and exploring some very iconic locations in Singapore. We continued our journey from Singapore to Malaysia by land along the border between the two countries, although it took several hours, and we arrived past the early hours of the morning due to traffic jams. The first day in Kuala Lumpur we went to the very beautiful Genting Highlands with its natural views of the mountain valley and passed the majestic and sturdy Chin Swee Temple, and ride the Awana Skyway Cable Car. This skyway route is very long and high but we were very amazed and happy to see the fog from a height. Then we visited Batu Caves where where stands a very tall and magnificent gold-plated Buddha statue, as well as colorful buildings and stairs leading to the cave. After that we went to Merdeka Square (Merdeka Field), is a field located in Kuala Lumpur. This field is located in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Merdeka Square has been the venue for the annual Independence Day Parade. We also visited KL Central Gallery, Pasar Seni / Central Market, Bukit Bintang, and Alor Street. The next day, we actually got to see the Petronas Twin Towers that we had always wanted for so long, the most iconic towers in KL. It was still in the morning but the weather little bit hot.. Soon we head to Chocolate Kingdom where you can taste various types of premium chocolate. After bought some chocolates, we went to Putrajaya. Putrajaya is the seat of Malaysia's federal government and a federal territory designed as a futuristic smart garden city since 1995. Located 25 km south of Kuala Lumpur, the city is iconic for its modern architecture, artificial lakes, and magnificent buildings such as the Putra Mosque (Pink Mosque) and the office of the Prime Minister, Perdana Putra. That afternoon, after having lunch at Putrajaya restaurant, we headed to Kuala Lumpur airport to return home. It was truly a memorable family outing.
A long way to travel for 2 hrs of sightseeing. The drive time in total was 7 hrs and with no lunch break it was a very tiring day
Cameron high land was very interesting place to visit, very long ride with beautiful scenery. I booked a transportation service + a tour guide. Well I got the transportation part without the guide (the driver claimed to be the guide) but wasn’t very knowledgeable tbh and didn’t give us much history)
Amazing Cameron highlands tour! We visited a waterfall, strawberry farm, bee farm, and my favourite; the tea fields! Thanks to our tour guide Mohd! I would definetly recommend this tour!
Me and my sister decided to do a private tour to cameron highlands with a guide. Our driver was Rajan and our guide was Puat Musa. Both were very friendly and ensured we were comfortable and enjoying our time on the tour. Our driver during our tour would consistently show up with some local snacks and even water to enrich our experience. Our guide was very attentive as well and was very knowledgeable of the area. Our guide and driver a both struck a fine balance between being with us along the trip to provide insight on what we were seeing and also privacy to not only allow us to discover but for us to have our own moments. We appreciated this the most and this was our favorite experience.
