If I could give this tour negative zeros I absolutely would. The company did not come to get us. Our tour was supposed to start at 8 but they said it was too cold and early for them to come, so they asked if we could meet at 9am. Ok! Cool no problem. I thought because we will still have a 1/2 hour gap time before our next excursion. We got to our meet up location 45 minutes early (on the pier right by the boat) and started taking pictures around 8:41. We also sent a detailed message about where we were sitting, what clothing we wore, etc… We got so many excuses of why he wasn’t around. 8:45 he said he was on his way. Then the excuses started coming. Eventually I called to cancel the excursion through viator but he refused our refund. He told them that he was waiting for a hour and a half for us. Sir/Ma’m how is this possible when you were on your way at 8:45??? Then he said it’s a police blockage. We even offered to walk to meet him but he said he couldn’t send the address 😳🧐. I’m done! Also I don’t think he realizes that messages are time stamped and saved on the viator app. There’s more but that’s the general jist. If you didn’t want to do the excursion don’t waste our time. I would’ve happily done something else.
Hello! mister liar thanks for review but dont forget we have all documents that aprove you are liar first we have write you 1 day before to sent us all information driving license you never sent to us, second we have been there from 08:30 waiting for you 2h you never respond also if you dont have phone money for call this is not our problem third in viator is not possible or allowed to sent you location thay didn’t give us this options in this case viator is in the middle thay have seen all the documents for that thay have declined to give you refund back . Have a good time mister Liar . Viator has all documents about that
