The taxi never showed up, forcing us (two women in their 30s, our mom who is in her 60s and a 4 month old) to get an Uber to the airport at 04:25 in the morning. The taxi was supposed to pick us up at 3:45 in the morning, and when I finally got ahold of someone at the number we were told they are looking for our ride and do not know where it is. This was AFTER I called them to see if they were going to show up. They left us without a solution, standing on the side of the road (we had already checked out of our apartment) and in the rain. Now they refuse to provide us a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable and we will NOT be using Viator again. Unbelievable.
So grateful to have a reliable pick up experience when getting our family out at 4am! Drivers were very nice and got us to the airport as planned.
