Wir nehmen Sie mit auf eine gastronomische Reise, bei der Sie die versteckten Orte entdecken, die nur die Einheimischen kennen und die Sie unbedingt ausprobieren sollten! Ziel ist es, mit Ihnen zu teilen, wie genau unser typischer Tag aussehen würde: der klassische Ausflug, den wir mit unseren Freunden und der Familie unternehmen und Ihren Appetit und Ihre Geschmacksnerven mit + 10 Speisen- und Weinproben überraschen! Wir beginnen mit einer typischen herzhaften und köstlichen Tigella! Dann gehen wir direkt zum Kauf und zur Verkostung von Aufschnitt, Käse und Brot über. Erleben Sie die Gegend von Bologna mit lokalem Wein an einem historischen Ort, der seit 1465 geöffnet ist. Anschließend spazieren wir durch die Altstadt und probieren zwei kultige hausgemachte Pasta in einer klassischen Osteria Bolognese, immer gepaart mit einem anderen lokalen Wein. Zum Abschluss gibt es das beste Eis der Stadt!

Wir starten am Neptunbrunnen, unserem Treffpunkt! Sie haben die Gelegenheit, den berühmten Neptunbrunnen und die Piazza Maggiore zu sehen
Wir überqueren die Piazza Maggiore, schauen auf San Petronio, die Hauptkirche von Bologna, betreten dann das (quadrialtero) und beginnen unser gastronomisches Erlebnis
Wir bleiben im Zentrum, um versteckte lokale Lebensmittelgeschäfte zu besuchen, wir werden die Balsamico-Essig-Verkostung haben, wir werden Aufschnitt und Käse kaufen, verschiedene Brotsorten und wir werden zu einer berühmten Osteria gehen, um alles zu probieren etwas lokaler Wein
Wir gehen über Oberdan zu Fuß, um eine weitere lokale Osteria zu besuchen und 2 hausgemachte Hauptnudeln wie Tagliatelle mit Ragout und Tortellini mit Lambrusco-Wein zu probieren
Wir besuchen die berühmte Finestrella von Bologna und machen tolle Fotos von einem der 7 Geheimnisse der Stadt, den unterirdischen Wasserstraßen von Bologna
Wir beenden unsere Erfahrung mit dem besten Gelato von Bologna auf dem berühmtesten Platz der Stadt!

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at.
