Auf unserer Secret Food Tour Bologna : Wir bieten Ihnen ein unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis. Wir beginnen mit einer traditionellen Raviola mit Mostarda alla Bolognese. Dann besuchen wir eine der ältesten Salumerias der Stadt, um mehr über die lokalen Fleischprodukte und die berühmten Pasta zu erfahren. Genießen Sie : Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna und viele weitere regionale Aufschnitt in der ältesten Osteria der Welt mit einem Glas unseres lokalen Weins. Als nächstes haben wir eine Kostprobe von handgemachten Nudeln geplant, die nur für uns in einer lokalen Trattoria hergestellt werden, immer mit einem Glas lokalen Wein (und einem Kaffee, wenn Sie es mögen). Hands down, my best experience I had in Italy for the 2.5 weeks I was there. I was in town for a business conference and then was meeting family in Tuscany the following week for vacation. I learned so much from my tour guide that made me feel the depth of Italian history and cuisine across the world. This is a must.
