Reiseverlauf

Our driver was very nice and informative. The museums were really cool too! I would recommend booking a simulator experience or two directly with the museums for the day of your tour. They are really fun too, but some have to be booked a day or two in advance.
The fantastic care, the driver very friendly, however pity that the menu was already planned in advance my son not eating cheese...we did not offer him another dish and as a result, he could not eat the main course...the restaurant staff was not understanding, nor warm, this was the only negative and disappointing point compared to the Award we are asked...However, the visit of the cars was up to our expectations!
Tour guide was awesome and friendly. Ferrari and Lamborghini did not know about us. Pagani was awesome.
Dear customer, we have checked that all reservations have been made for your tour. Thanks for your review. Regards
The only problem was the Pagani museum was closed for maintenance and we only had access to the gift shop. The lunch was really good and Giuseppe was an awesome driver/host. Highly recommended
Thank you very much for your review! We remind you that we organize tours in all the region, Emilia Romagna. Regards
The Lamborghini factory is fantastic. Seeing step by step how they make art with wheels is a must on a trip to Italy. The Pagani and Ferrari museums are also activities that should not be missed. If you like super sports it will be an unforgettable tour.
The good: Private driver for just my husband and I, who could leave whenever we were ready. He dropped us off at the Panini museum after the tour, as we had arranged that previously & had no car. Nice air-conditioned van. Lunch & tickets to all 3 museums were provided. We enjoyed all 3-thought Lamborghini was the best. The less than good: Driver had limited English skills and provided no commentary. The museums were all self-guided. The lunch was supposed to provide balsamic vinegar tasting; it consisted of drizzled balsamic on tortellini & ice cream, with the notation that it was aged at least 12 years. In fairness to them, we didn’t push for any more tastings as we had gone to another acetaia the day before. We like tours for the camaraderie of a guide who is present, so that was what I was hoping for. However it was a good experience overall.
Thanks for your review. All your suggestions and comments are precious for your work!
You advertise that we would get a guide that stayed with us all day, that would talk and educate us throughout the day - your reviews all talk about how great these guides are ??? We’re Not Happy, I would never have booked the trip with you if I’d known there was No Guide - you’re just left to walk around not knowing about anything (except for Pagani) which was fabulous. you owe me a part refund David
Hi David, we are very sorry that you didn't enjoy the tour. We have never spoken with you on the phone (the staff of My Motorland) and never said that there was a guide (a private authorized guide for a full day costs €250). On the description of the tour you've booked there is written CLEARLY "Ferrari/Lamborghini MUSEUM ENTRANCE TICKET", not guided tour. Also an authorized (external) guide cannot do a guided tour inside museums, because only Ferrari or Lamborghini guides can (but there is an extra cost ...€150/200). Our drivers, who do these tours every day, know very well the program, the locations and every single timing and they never leave alone our clients. We are very sorry, but as mentioned on the description the tour doesn't provide a PRIVATE GUIDE for each visits or a private guide for the full day.
Your driver takes you to each venue and each event, making sure you get where you need to be at the right time. The venues each host their own tours. Lunch at a swanky spot. Driving the streets you're being passed by Lambos and Ferraris on 'test drives.' This is mecca for those who worship the Italian driving heritage.
Thank you John for your review
Ricardo was our driver and tour guide. He could answer any questions we had about the cars and the museums. We had lunch at a small family owned restaurant that was out in the country and we also had a tour of their Balsamic Vinegar operation. First time we every had Balsamic Vinegar on ice cream and it was delicious!
Hi Julie, thanks a lot for your review. We are happy you’d enjoy the tour and hope to see you again! All the best, regards. Alessia
Alessia was absolutely superb about communicating prior to the tour, and arranging train tickets and a perfect itinerary (despite some closures in Aug.). It was a full day of museums & factory tours, and even a 15-minute Ferrari drive! Our favorite factory tour was at Pagani, but all the places were excellent. We didn't have to park our car or find locations, which was totally worth it. This tour was amazing & we highly recommend it.
Thank you for coming and for choosing My Motorland! It has been a pleasure to meet you! All the best, Alessia
