Excursion was very...
Excursion was very disappointing!! Don’t waste a day in Taormina and your money on this excursion. Driver showed up 35 minutes late! Drive is awful in a small car going up a very winding road. Got very nauseated and motion sick along the way!! Spent 45 minutes at the top and really didn’t see anything worth while then returned home on the same winding road. There were 3 very quick stops also. Skip this tour!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the excursion did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. The delay was unfortunately caused by an accident on the road while our driver was on the way to your hotel. Our guide had already informed you about the situation. We understand that waiting is never pleasant, but we believe that a delay of approximately 30/35 minutes, caused by circumstances beyond our control, is quite understandable, especially while waiting comfortably in a luxurious and welcoming hotel. Regarding the duration of the excursion, the tour lasted approximately 6 hours, not simply 45 minutes. During the tour, our guide showed you four different points of interest, taking the time to provide information and explanations along the way. Unfortunately, weather conditions are something we cannot control. If the view of the craters was partially or completely obstructed by clouds, this was due to the weather at the time and was certainly not something we could have prevented. We would also like to clarify the comment about the vehicle. The tour was operated with a Nissan Pathfinder SUV, which is a spacious vehicle and, with only two guests on board, provided more than adequate space and comfort. We are always sorry when a guest does not enjoy an experience, but we believe it is important to distinguish between aspects that are within our control and circumstances, such as traffic, accidents, and weather, that unfortunately are not. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider these clarifications when evaluating the overall experience.

Nice tour guide / bad car
The driver/ tour guide was nice, the car was old & unconventional for 4 people.,it should be a good van as e dry other sightseeing we did befor If you like volcanos then it’s good for you

This is the best way to experience Mt. Etna!
We had an excellent day with Marcelo who provided our transportation and very thorough tour of Mt. Etna and its history. We all learned much more than expected, and Marcelo was very engaging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. You really need a guide to make the most of your trip to Mt. Etna and this tour will maximize your time there.

My. Etna and Vineyard Tour
Our trip with Rosario was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was very clear, and booking was a simple process. We did the Mt. Etna and wine experience. Rosario was very knowledgeable about the volcano, and took us to a quiet family owned. Instead with amazing wine and good. Overall I would highly recommend.

I booked a private tour to Mt Etna with Rosario and the Godfather tour with Gianfranco. My family and I had amazing experiences on both tours. Rosario and Gianfranco were friendly, knowledgable, accommodating and expert tour guides! I highly recommend booking your tours with them!

Fantastic service and excellent planning support
We were extremely pleased with Rosario as our tour guide and driver in and around Taormina across our 5 day stay! He organized multiple top notch tours including Mt. Etna, Winery visits, Taormina History tour, as well as multiple daily transports to/from airport, daily activities and dinners! Rosario is incredibly professional, prompt, and full of meaningful advice & recommendations concerning your stay! You could not be in more capable hands! He was a big factor in the seemless execution of our lovely holiday in Taormina!
