We’ve travelled to many countries and done more tours than I can count. We throughly enjoyed our day with Antonella from start to finish. The tour exceeded our expectations and it was as due to Antonella’s knowledge and enthusiasm. I highly recommend this tour and in particular, Antonella as the guide.
We enjoyed the tour, esp learning about Mt Etna and local foods from our guide. The tour size was small (~16) and the van was nice. Antonella was a very informative guide and passionate about Sicily. The only improvement would be to have a guide with us in Taormina for part of the time there. She tried to inform us at drop off, but it's not the same. We saw other groups with guides. I would recommend this tour.

Andrea is an amazing guide. He is kind, well-mannered, very knowledgeable about the history, culture, food and landscape of Sicily. At Mt Etna he turned into a geologist, taking many questions from my curious kids about rocks and volcanoes. On our way back to the cruise ship, traffic was delayed for two hours due to a traffic accident. He was composed and kept us updated of the status of the cruise ships’ excursion buses, so that we knew we were not the only party stranded. Andrea and the company’s staff made sure we got back to the ship. What an adventure! One that left behind good memories. Thanks.
Our guide Antonella is the best! She genuinely care about guests having a good time and is so well organized and cheerful! Highly recommend!
Antonella was a wonderful host for the trip. Good knowledge and fun. Trip to Mt Etna was interesting learning about volcano and its power on landscapes. Taormina was beautiful city.

We went in a small group of 4 to Mount Etna and the hill top town of Taormina. We were in an air conditioned car and Alexandro was our driver . Carmelo was our tour guide and was amazing . Nothing was too much for him and he had great knowledge of all the places we went to . Mount Etna was incredible and we stopped at places where there had been recent lava flows. The Volcano was active and we saw smoke coming out from the top . Carmelo spoke good English and was an Inter Milan supporter so we chatted about Soccer . Taormina was a beautiful town on top of a hill top with great views of the sea. It had nice shops and restaurants some of them expensive but Carmelo told us where to go to eat and drink. We would highly recommend this trip .
What an amazing day from start to finish. Antonella was a fabulous tour guide. Coupled with the fact that etna was active when we were up there and we just missed an earthquake by 1 minute, it made for a very exciting experience. We tasted lots of goodies and drinks in the gift shop whilst up etna and There are cafes, camping sites, hotels and souvenir shops up there. Toarmina was just beautiful and well worth a visit. So pretty. Water and biscuits were provided by antonella. Best day ever and well worth the money, but I think the fact etna was active made it extra special
