Denne tur er en sjov og interaktiv måde for hele familien at udforske Athen. Det giver familier mulighed for at komme ud sammen, få lidt frisk luft og lære om Athens kultur og historie som en familie. Børnene vil ikke kun få mulighed for at prøve nye fødevarer, som de sandsynligvis ikke ville have mulighed for at smage, de vil også lære om, hvor fødevarer kommer fra, og hvordan de er tilberedt, på en interessant og interaktiv måde. Amazing tour, and the most wonderful guide! Maria was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with our two kids! We also had a gluten free person with us, and Maria went out of her way to be accommodating. We learned so much about Athens and ate so much delicious food — seriously, come with an appetite!
We took our family of four on this 3.5 hour morning food tour and tried pie, cheese, ice cream, and traditional Greek cuisine across several neighborhoods. It was supposed to be a group tour but we got a private, intimate experience without any other tourists. Though we can certainly tried any of the local shops on our own, our guide Lef was engaging and knowledgeable, keeping great pacing so we could enjoy each dish. It was well worth the price. My kids stayed engaged throughout. Perfect way to experience authentic Greek food and culture as a family. Highly recommend!
Moriah was an excellent guide! Our family and another family walked together and enjoyed her knowledge of both the sites, art, and the food. The kids engaged and got to try a little bit of everything.
Brilliant food tour. Maria is a warm and knowledgeable guide who is fantastic with children. We ate delicious food and learned more about Athens and its history. 10/10.
I am so disappointed... I booked this tour days in advance for 1, the morning of the tour, I was contacted by the tour operator that I, as a single traveler could not go, because it was for family and kids, which is why I booked in the 1st place because as a solo traveler I want to be safe and I figured with a group of families it we be okay. Not sure why I was able to book for 1 person if that wasn't an option.
We had a wonderful time with our guide, Penny. She was very helpful, informative and great with our kids. We found some great places to eat and even went back later in our own!
Maria was an outstanding food tour guide! I highly recommend this tour. You will get an authentic feel for the people, culture and markets. The tour starts with sweet pastries and ends with a sumptuous lunch. As we walked about, Maria taught us Greek culture and history. This was an excellent tour for the price. Us two adults and two children had a blast.
My family and I loved every minute of our Athens Food on Foot experience! Our guide Elias was kind, patient, and made the tour fun for everyone even my kids enjoyed tasting everything. We’ll definitely recommend this tour to friends visiting Athens!
Lef was a wonderful tour guide for our young family (children 11, 7 & 4)! The whole tour was set out well, with Lef taking us to some wonderful places (both sights and places to eat). The food was amazing and we couldn’t fit another thing in by the end. Such an excellent tour! We would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Athens!!!
Amazing tour and soo a lovely guide!! Really recommended to explore Athen city center and local food! Also great with children!!
