Captain was very nice and great at communicating! Boat was nice! We were able to swim and have fun !
We booked a appointment the night before around 7 are rental for the boat was the next day at 1pm they did not call me till 11am to tell me that they had double booking and we we were not able to get on the boat
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused and understand how disappointing it was to have your plans affected. To clarify the timeline, we did attempt to reach out as soon as the issue was identified. A message was sent at 8:14 AM, followed by a phone call at 9:30 AM (the phone was off), and another call at 10:47 AM. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until 11:15 AM, when Jayna returned our call. The double booking was not caused by human error on our end, but by a system error in the booking platform, which should have automatically blocked availability once the time slot was taken. We explained this as clearly and respectfully as possible once we were able to connect. At that time, we offered alternative solutions, including a later departure after 5 PM or rescheduling for the following day. We also made additional efforts to help by personally contacting five different boat owners to try to secure another vessel, but all were fully booked. We genuinely did our best to find a solution under the circumstances and regret that we were unable to meet your preferred time. We appreciate your understanding and feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our service and communication processes.

We had a fantastic time out on the Miami Bay with friends and family! The entire experience was smooth, fun, and incredibly memorable. The crew was friendly and professional, and the boat itself was clean and well-equipped for a relaxing day. The entire family hasn’t stopped talking about the outing, they absolutely loved it! It was the perfect way to spend quality time together, and the views were stunning. They are already looking forward to our next adventure with them. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create lasting memories on the water!

The experience was fabulous. The boat operator provided excellent service from the start to the end of the excursion. I recommend the boat for its large, cleanliness, and fair price.
Had a really good time since the beginning, the owner was very friendly and helped us during the boarding process after that our chosen captain took us to a nice island great for sunset
