Overcrowded. If you are sitting outside of the boat, you can barely hear ior understand what’s being said inside.
The boat was really fun, and the drinks were good and strong. One of my favorite parts was seeing all the beautiful houses from the water because that was really cool. I also liked that they spoke both English and Spanish, which made the experience feel welcoming. The host was funny and kept the energy up, so we had a good time throughout the ride. I would definitely recommend this boat experience to others. The only thing I would suggest is putting fans on the boat because it gets hot, and giving everyone at least one cup of ice water.
No a/c even if boat looks like it has it The guide was very good and entertaining. BUT IT WAS SOOOO HOT AND NO FANS.
It was affordable and fun the crew was friendly the guide was full of energy and made the experience fun
Enjoy the 7:30/8:00 time slot, to enjoy calming breezes and possible sunset. The tour guide was funny, charismatic and knowledgeable. The ride was smooth.
Our sail time was cancelled and we were put on the next sail time half an hour later with no communication. The company blamed the third party bookers and despite my email to them, no apology has been received. The narrator onboard was very fast and quite annoying at times and pestered for a tip at the end.
A must take tour when visiting Miami! Affordable and staff was friendly. The Weather helped a lot too. 1 hour and 20 min to enjoy this activity was nice!
We had a great time and the guide was very friendly
No communication at all. No one explained the process of checking in and getting your ticket. No one at the bar. No one welcomed you. Boat is broken. We are just sitting in the bay with no power. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR!!!
The narrator does not speak good English and spoke too fast for a slow trip. For example it was hard to follow which site he was speaking to as he was not clear in directing us as to whether we should be looking let or right of the boat and which building or structure we should be looking at.
