Fun cruise with a great captain and crew. We had a little trouble at the gate getting in and locating the people but it worked out fine. The only negative thing was that 4 hours felt a bit short. FYI - the travel in and out of the mooring took about an hour each way as it takes time to get down the Miami river to open water. The bay we docked in did not look like the blue in the picture either. But definitely a good time and professional group.
It was very nice for our first time beside the rain. We know what to do next. We did the basic ride but The next time we will get the pool and jet ski. The captain was amazing and shared a lot information

Me and my family had a great time, no problems. Only thing we wish was to have more time on the jet skis then we had. 2 jets skis for a family of 6, we only had 40mins of fun. But everything else was great. Even the weather tried to mess things up, our great captain went around and missed all the rain.

Been on a tour boat before and was disappointed with the sights. We were 15 mins late however I think with the remaining time we could have had better views. Don't know if this is an issue with the captain we selected or the rental company itself. Being on a boat was fun and relaxing in itself but with the amount of money that was spent wish we could have seen more. Also very discouraging seeing our session end 10 mins early and the captain, Captain Michelle promptly assist the next group when we were waiting around for him.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you still found the time on the yacht fun and relaxing, but we would like to clarify a few important details regarding the timing of your charter. Your group arrived approximately **30 minutes late**, and Captain Michele was already at the marina waiting for you. Unfortunately, because of the late departure, the yacht missed the first scheduled bridge opening, which caused additional time to be lost waiting for the next opening. This significantly affected how far the yacht could travel and how much sightseeing could be included within the remaining charter time. Captain Michele did not arrive late or keep your group waiting. Another charter was scheduled immediately after yours, so unfortunately the charter could not be extended beyond the reserved time without affecting the next guests. This is exactly why our policies clearly state the importance of arriving on time, and why we always encourage guests to arrive early. Miami River bridge schedules can greatly affect the itinerary when a charter departs late. We truly wish you had been able to experience more of the planned route, but the reduced sightseeing time was unfortunately a direct result of the late arrival and subsequent bridge delay, rather than the captain ending the experience early.
Experience was not the best! There are so many “hidden” fees associated with the excursion. I ended up paying $2100. It won’t be $500! And the “free” jet skis never happened!

All additional fees are clearly disclosed in several places throughout the listing before booking. We also send every guest a message before the charter explaining the charges again to make sure everything is understood prior to the trip. Regarding the complimentary Jet Skis, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, the Jet Ski provider fell behind schedule that day and was unable to arrive in time. This is not something that happens often, and we understand how disappointing it was, especially when you were looking forward to that part of the experience. We always strive to be transparent with our pricing and to deliver everything promised, and we appreciate your feedback.
