Sedan kommer de att hämta dem i tid och köra dem tillbaka till Katakolos hamn. Vid ankomst till Katakolo hittar du vårt kontor i hamnen i Katakolo på ett mycket bekvämt läge. Vår chaufför kommer att vänta utanför kontoret med ett tecken på ditt namn. Överför till vårt privata fordon och njut av resan till det antika Olympia. Fråga gärna vår chaufför om all hjälp som behövs.
När du väl anländer kommer du att kunna ta en tur in i ruinerna av den arkeologiska platsen och låta din själ slappna av i den mystiska naturen. Där kan du besöka platsen där den olympiska lågan tänds vart fjärde år för de moderna olympiska spelen och upptäcka Zeus tempel, en gång hemmet för ett av den antika världens sju underverk
Utforska det arkeologiska museet för att se betydande artefakter från platsen.
Vår chaufför hämtar dig och gör ett stopp i den moderna staden Olympia så att du kan ta en promenad om du vill. Du kan hitta små butiker med souvenirer och lokala produkter. Du kan ta ett mellanmål eller dricka ett grekiskt kaffe.
Vi föreslår ett stopp vid vingården, alltid enligt dina önskemål. Besök vingårdarna för att lära dig om de olika sorterna och odlingen av dem. Turen fortsätter inom området produktion och standardisering där du kan få möjlighet att bekanta dig med en modern Family Winery som producerar överlägsen kvalitet och pålitliga produkter. Och till sist vinprovning. Smak av fyra viner tillsammans med ett mellanmål.
Vi föreslår också ett stopp vid honungsfarmen. Ditt besök på vår gård kommer att erbjuda dig grekisk gästfrihet; en sval och uppfriskande paus från den moderna byn Olympia och off the beaten track in i en trädgård fylld med fruktträd och grönsaker. Prova olika skedgodis och sylt gjorda av frukten på gården och bevarade av hushållerskorna som en urgammal tradition; recept som har gått vidare från mor till dotter i århundraden. Avsluta ditt besök med "diples", en traditionell sötsak med honung. Fru Roula kommer själv att förbereda dem inför dig när hon viker ut degen och hemligheterna bakom denna aptitretande efterrätt. Honungs- och biprodukter som har följt människan genom historien har använts och används för näring, medicin och kosmetika. Upptäck hur bikupan producerar kunglig gelé, vax och gift. We had a great private day tour of the area with Kostas (Constantine). He let us tailor the suggested itinerary to what we wanted to do, took us to some great spots off the beaten path, and provided a lot of fun facts on the history and geography of the region. Even during the trip he knew which hot spots were crowded at which times and was able to offer alternatives. Highly recommended compared to the overcrowded cruise ship tour excursions.
This was a great trip to see the Olympic ruins and visit a local bee farm and winery. We had enough time to walk the shops in town and visit the museum. The local bee farm was a nice experience and we learned so much about bee farms. The highlight of our tour was our driver George. He was so knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality! If you book this tour request George!

George was the best! Very kind and knowledgeable. He was a very safe driver! And very accommodating! He helped us to maneuver our short time in Greece. The winery experience was phenomenal. We really enjoyed it and George was outstanding!
We had a great time on this tour! The archeogical site was rather crowded and it was super nice to have a private driver to navigate for us. The bee farm was lovely and the winery had spectacular views. Highly recommend this tour.
This was absolutely incredible, and our favorite thing we did on our two week honeymoon. Vicky was so friendly and helpful. The staff at the bee farm were so sweet, and the honey and spoon sweets were delicious! Our favorite part was the winery. Oh man, they were so hospitable there! They made us some Greek coffee because we mentioned we hadn’t had any yet. They brought us out a whole meal, all made from scratch, and oh my gosh, the pets! The cats and dogs were such a welcome surprise. But truly, we cannot stop talking about the food we had! It was a perfect sampler kind of meal. We ended up doing the museum before the ancient site, to beat some of the crowd. And I highly recommend doing that! The ancient site will be crowded all day, so go to the museum before people go there after the ancient site. Our only regret is that we felt like we didn’t have enough time for the museum and ancient site :(

Very informative tour. We used the ruin’s audio tour and learned a lot about the history of the games. Our driver Stavros was very personable and accommodating.

If you are looking for flexibility, this is the tour to book. Our driver, Andreas, was waiting for us when we arrived and provided great communication. He listened to our interests and accommodated the itinerary changes we wanted to make. We had a lovely stroll through the Olympia Botanical Gardens, enjoyed Klio's Honey Farm, and had a relaxing wine tasting and lunch at Drouva Winery. We couldn't have asked for a better day. The car was comfortable and in great condition. We highly recommend this company and Andreas as your driver.

George is an amazing driver and guide! Very knowledgeable about the entire area and very warm and personable! The excursion was even better than expected. Olympia is actually unforgettable but the bee farm was more than we expected and the honey is delicious. The local winery he took us too was just wonderful. George was brilliant. So knowledgeable and helpful. Made our visit easy and lots of fun. Took us to additional place as wine tasting was unavailable (not his fault) and it was a beautiful meal with much culture and with the locals of the village. George provided help to get into attractions and guidance with how to make best use of our time. The bee farm was a highlight. Kilo is so lovely and has a passion for her bees and her family. It was nice to be invited into her home and we learnt so much about bees that we had never heard before. The honey is delicious and so is her special family treat!! Great day of Olympia and a bee farm plus olive oil tasting. Vicky was a great driver and helped us with the bee farm and olive oil reservations. The bee farm was very interesting and we got to taste the honey. Same with the olive oil. First press just happened do we got to taste that special press! We were on our own time and not with a group. We could move at our own pace. Very easy to find right outside the port. Excellent communication with WhatsApp. Highly recommend.
