We had a big group of 18 of us and they made everything so smooth and easy!! We hired them at first for airport pickup but since we felt so comfortable and safe. We ended up hiring them all weekend! It was easily the best transportation services we have experienced! Thank you Lalito, Juan, Alex and the other drivers! We loved them! We hope to come back to Tulum soon!

No one was there to receive us when we arrived or notified us that there would be a thirty minute delay before someone showed up. We could have taken a taxi for half the price and not waited. No real apologies from the company; just excuses. We had been in touch via WhatsApp for 24 hours before our flight so a simple message notifying us of their delay would have helped a lot.

As explained at the time, we suffered a force majeure traffic incident with the originally assigned unit—an external situation that we communicated to you with total transparency. Despite this unforeseen event beyond our control, we took immediate action to guarantee your service: Category Upgrade: We dispatched a much larger and more comfortable vehicle for your group. Financial Compensation: We voluntarily agreed to a partial refund, which you accepted prior to posting this review. Continuous Support: We maintained contact with you throughout the 24 hours prior to and during the incident. We regret that these measures and our apologies were not sufficient, and that your expectation was to receive the entire service free of charge despite having received it in a superior vehicle with a financial compensation already applied. We are a professional and formal company with a history of 5-star ratings that attest to our excellence. We remain committed to the quality standards that our regular clients know and value.
My driver Juan Jose was a tad bit late, however Juan Jose was very professional.Got me to my destination safe & gave me some restaurant suggestions.

We were recommended to arrange a Transfer from the airport to the resort and this company were the quickest to respond. We started communicating and they got our flight details and address of destination- two weeks before we flew down. I had no reason to worry the WhatsApp was a great way to communicate. Driver was waiting for us , and we were told we can pay at the end of our trip after. We used the taxi service at least three more times to take trips to the ruins, a trip to a couple of other sites. They supple the driver for the day and you never feel abandoned. Excellent service from the drivers . I would not hesitate to recommend this company - we will definitely use them again when we come back to Tulum area.
