Initially, our driver was 30 minutes late upon our arrival at the airport. However, I found him to be friendly and very informative. Unfortunately, the company canceled our return transportation to the airport at the last minute, without providing any alternative options to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. To make matters worse, they only offered to refund half of what we paid, which ultimately meant I could have saved more money by booking transportation with another provider. According to the hotel staff, this company has a poor reputation.

David was a great chauffeur for our trip to and from the airport. He was timely, communicative and knowledgeable about the local history. The prices were fair too!

Everything about the shuttle ride was great. Our driver, David, was very professional, extremely friendly, and gave us an incredible history of Tulum and the Mayan culture in addition to giving us so many great recommendations of things to do and see. We would definitely recommend David to anyone.

This transportation service offers the best prices, but don’t let that deter you from using them. They are reliable and very professional. Our driver David was super friendly, on-time, and very knowledgeable about the region and Mayan history and culture. We booked round trip transportation, and David did not let us down.

I booked this airport to hotel transfer while on my flight to Tulum. I received my confirmation via email and was a little worried that no further instructions came through. On the way out of the airport we showed someone our voucher and were directed to door number 4. That’s where all of the private transfer drivers were waiting. Our driver had a a card with my name on it, greeted us, grabbed our suitcases and showed us to his car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area (he is also a private tour guide), and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. He answered all our questions about the area, gave us taqueria recommendations, and made us feel welcome! So glad I booked a last minute transfer!

Booked a round trip from airport to hotel. Driver was almost an hour late to the airport, after I called several times and left several messages. I had to send many messages to confirm the return drive. And the driver never showed up. I want a refund.

Myself and my mom travelled to Tulum alone, and were a little worried about safety. Our driver was VERY professional and gave us the best tips and lots of good advice and recommendations. His car was clean and comfortable and he was very kind! We felt very safe and he got us to and from the airport with no issues. He was running late on pickup, but communicated with us the whole time so it was no big deal. Highly recommend!
