Dyk in i svampens fascinerande värld med en guidad födosöksklass! Denna två timmar långa upplevelse är skräddarsydd för förstagångsodlare som är ivriga att avslöja hemligheterna bakom vilda svampar. Lär dig att säkert urskilja ätliga sorter från deras utseende (både giftiga och oätliga sorter), de specifika träd och ekosystem som olika svampar förknippas med, och när de är i säsong... allt medan du utforskar de frodiga gröna skogarna som Washington är känd för. Även om du är rädd för svamp, kommer vi att avmystifiera skrämmande svampmyter och ge dig självförtroende och färdigheter för att fortsätta utforska på egen hand långt efter lektionens slut. Dina framtida vandringar kommer aldrig att bli desamma! Gästerna får behålla de svampar de möter under lektionerna. Vi ser till att gästerna aldrig går hem tomhänta, så i händelse av vilda fynd är lätta, kommer vi att förse varje gäst med en påse färsk gourmetsvamp att ta med hem, tillsammans med receptidéer.

It was great! I learned a lot about mushrooms. I also enjoyed going into the woods and having the instructor point out the different kinds of mushrooms.
Absolutely incredible and so so worth it. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Vassilissa as a guide, and just how thoughtfully organized the whole experience was. This was my second trip with Forage Seattle and I’ll definitely take more in the future.
V was an amazing host and guide. She was so sweet, hospitable and knowledgeable with just about anything related to foraging. I would love to do any one of her classes. I’ve learned so many new techniques for cooking and foraging. I had a great time and would recommend this for any shroom lover! Her passion is contagious and it makes you excited to learn more.

We just came back from the "Chef-Led Intro to Gourmet Mushroom Foraging & Cooking" with Vasilisa and I can't say enough good things about our experience. V was very knowledgeable and shared an extraordinary amt of cool info about foraging, plants, cooking, and more in a friendly and accessible way. Everything she made for us was dee-lish! Definitely recommend!!
It was a fun experience and I learned something new! Our guide Ben was knowledgeable, patient and has a sense of humor. A good way to get outside and do something interesting.
