Jorge, who was my Guide, was Fantastic! Very detailed history and fantastic sites visited! Easy to get along and everything ticket and parking wise was taken care of. Very accommodating.

I had an absolutely amazing day exploring Quito with Jose. From start to finish, the tour was exceptionally well organised, and every stop was thoughtfully planned to make the most of the day. Jose’s knowledge of Ecuador’s history, culture, and landmarks was outstanding. He shared fascinating information throughout the tour, making each location even more meaningful and enjoyable. His passion for his country really shines through. What made the experience even more special was the personal attention he gave. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided excellent local recommendations, and shared invaluable tips to help me make the most of my upcoming trip to the Galápagos Islands. His advice has given me much more confidence for the next part of my journey. Jose is professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about ensuring his guests have the best possible experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Quito. Thank you, Jose, for making my first day in Ecuador so memorable. It was truly one of the highlights of my trip.

We'd give six stars if we could. We booked a private full-day tour of Quito. We did some of the itinerary the day before, and we negotiated a variation with Jorge to skip those and include other things. We drove him nuts with changes of mind. He was always gracious and accommodated our desires, even adding a wonderful site not on the standard program. Our guide/driver Jose was very pleasant and happily gave us a customised tour. He was a very safe driver, demonstrating great patience in the infuriating Quito traffic jams. He is a long-time resident of Quito, and his love of the city enhanced the day's travels. We'd highly recommend Jose for a private tour around Quito.

A fantastic way to orientate myself with Quito as a solo traveller. Everything worked seamlessly with the Teleferico, visiting the historic centre, having a chocolate tasting at Yumbos, and visiting the Middle of the World. The car was comfortable, and Luis and Javier were great company. The empanadas, coffee and cakes at the lunch stop were delicious and affordable. With everything being included (except lunch) I didn't have to worry about money and tickets and it was a very efficient way to see the main sites.

This tour was amazing, we had very limited time and Ricky made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see, he was very knowledgeable, He was early to pick up and and we made we were dropped off on a timely manner .BOOK THIS. don't waste time trying to find it yourself. These people are the best.

This was such a fun experience! We got to walk around among the locals and truly immerse ourselves in the culture. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient throughout the tour. My partner and I are avid travelers who love adventure and authentic local experiences, so this was exactly what we were looking for. We had the opportunity to try cuy and other traditional Ecuadorian cuisine, which made the experience even more memorable. As an added bonus, he is a great photographer and captured some amazing photos for us along the way! I would 110% recommend this experience to anyone looking to connect with the local culture and see Ecuador from a unique perspective.

Jorge, our tour guide, was so amazing. He took us all around Quito the whole day and gave us so much information about the history of Quito. We had such a great time, learned so much, and even tried new things! His food recommendations were top notch.

Luis was my guide and seemed most interested in getting the tour done in as short a time as possible. The pickup time was changed from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM but didn't find him waiting in the hotel lobby until almost 9 AM. We didn't climb one of the towers in the national basilica as indicated in the itinerary. We did not go anywhere for lunch. No water was provided even though the emailed directions from the operator had not included to bring your own water. He told me we would be done by 2 PM. When I pointed out it was supposed to be approx. an 8 hr tour, he said to take it up with his boss. I picked this tour based on the rating and number of reviews. I requested a partial refund of the $185 but was told $30 was all allowed. Not sure if I will get it. Clearly I made a mistake in my selection.
