Andres was a wonderful, engaging, knowledgeable and very friendly tour guide. Both he and the driver, Diego, provided us with a highly memorable tour. This was our favorite tour out of our 4 days in Quito. A large part of it was due to Andres. We highly recommend Andres and Diego!

One of the BEST tours I've ever taken. My daughter and I travel the world visiting Volcanoes and we are so happy we chose this tour guide for Cotopaxi and Quilatoa! Andres and Jimmy were super friendly, accommodating, punctual, and knew the complete history of the area. The sights were spectacular, unforgettable, and easy to access. We left completely satisfied. I highly recommend this tour guide to visit these infamous bucket-list volcanoes!

Andrés was an excellent tour guide. His knowledge of the zone, the fun facts, the trivia questions and the cool attitude made this experience one of a kind! Ciro was an excellent driver and got us back and forth safe. Thank you! The tour was just enough to get good photos from both places, grab lunch and head back. If you want to take a longer experience on either place, probably book a full day per location.

Irene tour guide and Jimmy our driver were excellent. Irene's passion and knowledge made our trip very educational and beautiful experience. I highly recommend her. As any nature excursion it always depends on the weather and mother nature. We had good weather so we were able to see the beautiful Cotopaxi volcano and Quilotoa. Some advice take your time because elevation sickness is real also wear appropriate clothing as weather changes quickly.

100% the best way to maximize a short stay over in Quito! Thanks to our guide, Rasu, we were able to get some amazing photos at both Cotopaxi and Lake Quilotoa and return to our hotel in a reasonable amount of time. The alpacas are as advertised btw and super cool! I highly recommend this tour. It’s worth the extra $.

Great experience! I had Andres as my guide and Jimmy as my driver. Both were very kind, prompt, informative. Jimmy was an excellent driver, so glad I did the tour so I didnt have to drive those windy roads myself. Andres provided ample knowledge during the drive and will at each of the stops. Would highly recommend this tour Note: I am an active hiker, the elevation really got to me. Was surprised by it but Andres was so kind and helpful along the way.

We had an absolutely amazing day touring Cotopaxi and Quilotoa with Irene! Since we were the only two on the tour, she personalized the entire experience to match our interests and let us explore at our own pace. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, making it easy to learn so much about Ecuadorian history, traditions, and culture throughout the day. One of the highlights was visiting an authentic indigenous restaurant where we had the opportunity to try guinea pig—a unique cultural experience we never would have found on our own. Irene also took us to a local artisan shop where we purchased beautiful souvenirs made from real llama fur. Both Cotopaxi Volcano and Quilotoa Lagoon were absolutely breathtaking and exceeded all of our expectations. The scenery was unforgettable, and Irene’s knowledge and passion made the experience even more special. If you’re visiting Quito, this tour is an absolute must-do, and we can’t recommend Irene enough. She truly made our one day in Ecuador unforgettable!

My sister and I joined this tour to explore Cotopaxi and the beautiful natural landscapes outside Quito. Our guide and driver, Ayrton, was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He drove us about an hour outside the city to Cotopaxi National Park. We started with a brief visit to an educational center before continuing toward the volcano. Although it was a cloudy day, we were still able to catch glimpses of the glaciers near the summit. Ayrton was great about stopping for photos and helping us spot local wildlife along the way. We then visited a nearby lagoon, where we took pictures and learned more about the area’s natural history. Next, we drove through several small towns, stopping in Tigua to visit a well-known artisan shop. From there, we continued to the Quilotoa Lagoon Reserve. We walked to the lookout point for stunning views of the lagoon, took plenty of photos, and enjoyed a short hike down into the crater before making the climb back up in time for lunch. After lunch, we began the long journey back to Quito. Despite the distance, we arrived with enough time to watch Ecuador play their FIFA World Cup match. This tour involves a full day of sightseeing and quite a bit of driving, but Ayrton made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience two of Ecuador’s most iconic natural landmarks.
