Diana, our guide, and Andre’s, our driver were outstanding!!! They were amazing hosts, not only for the tour but as ambassadors of Ecuador. They were vibrant and friendly and made the experience that much more enjoyable for me and my daughter. Very grateful to have had them. Highly recommend this tour!!
We are a family of six and had a wonderful day trip using this operator. Ivan was our guide and driver for the day and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. If I was back in Quito, I definitely use them again. MANY thx
First of all we booked with Ecuador hop, who joined us with Quito tour bus. This was our second trip with Quito tour bus and i like the organisation. We got picked up in banos at 10 in the morning since we spent the night there. Pickup was communicated clearly, it is nice to receive a message while you are waiting. Jorge was a nice guide, very profound in his English and making sure everybody got home safe. Banos has a lot to offer, so if you really want to see everything just this tour might not be enough
Diana was a great tour guide. Andrés an excellent driver. The zone & volcano knowledge & legends added color to our visit. The ride was 3-hrs+ long from Quito & super early but worth it. We stopped for breakfast (not included) for those who didn't eat beforehand. A small restaurant along the highway. It all began at a rustic cable car with beautiful views. Then bungee jumping. It rained briefly while at the Devil's Cauldron (majestic waterfall). People were trying to buy ponchos at the entrance with the merchants but I didn't see any who had them. The return could get hard so, take it easy. There is a small artisanal market at the entrance/exit. Lunch was not included, but affordable if purchasing the suggested menu $15. We stopped at a park where you could do extreme sports or walk the glass with metal walkway. The treehouse has a very steep approach, so keep this in mind if your knees are not in great shape. You will find amazing views & many photo opportunities here. Amazing variety of flowers. We stopped every hour or so for bathroom breaks which was convenient for those who'd need it. We also stopped to try local ice cream. Overall, very nice experience.

Getting to the edge of the Amazon was a great experience. It is fairly long drive from Quito, and the vehicle was comfortable for us to take a nap. The stops were all amazing... in addition to the waterfall itself - our kids enjoyed the swing and the zip line (not included) and it was a great day to be outdoors and active. Fairly long activity, so do not recommend book ending this with other long days...
This was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Ecuador. If I only had one day to experience this beautiful country, this tour to Baños would have been more than enough. Every stop was absolutely breathtaking, and the scenery is something I’ll never forget. Our guide, Diana, was amazing. She made our small group feel like friends and kept us engaged the entire day. Being fluent in both English and Spanish made everything easy to understand, and I loved learning about Ecuador’s culture, traditions, and little facts that I never would have known otherwise. She even convinced me to do the Tarzan swing and jumped with me, which turned out to be one of my favorite memories from the trip. I don’t think I would have done it without her encouragement! A big thank you to Julio(driver) as well. He made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I always felt safe and taken care of throughout the day. The food was delicious, the views were unreal, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I left with amazing memories, a greater appreciation for Ecuador, and a huge smile on my face. Thank you, Diana and Julio, for such an unforgettable day. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ecuador!
Booked Baños trip last minute and its the best last minute decision Ive ever made! The whole tour was so fun and our guide Jorge was amazing & very knowledgeable! Oh very patient too! He made the whole trip fun and BONUS!! He takes good pictures & videos. (Although its optional but dont forget to tip your driver & guide because they sure work really hard :) )

The tour was very adventurous and Carlos was very informative. He made the total experience very enjoyable I would recommend him to anyone that wants to have a fun and interesting experience
