I will start by saying these guys are a very friendly people. However our experience with how the operation was ran was unfortunately very disappointing. To start it off they gave us the wrong address having us drive an hour away. After making a comment about how we weren't thrilled about it they didn't make any effort to try and make things right. We were asked to leave a tip 3 different times then sent an email asking for a time as if the first 3 times wasn't enough. We asked the pilot to get a little crazy in the sky and have fun and he told Us for 40 dollars he will sell us the "adrenaline package" will unfortunately that was very misleading because we didn't do anything but go straight up and right back down.

Thrilling, not frightening. The pilot and receptionist made it even more fun. Leaves most colorful the second week of October.

Absolutely great time and he was our pilot and definitely will be flying with him again he was really helpful and very understanding i’d recommend anybody to go even if you have fears of heights
It was great. They fly from a different airport on the weekends, which we found out when we arrived at DLH as instructed lol. Not sure where the issue lies but I'll own it because I didn't bother to check. Anyway, it all worked out and we had a great time! Thank you!
Out pilot Emma was great, and even recommended some good lunch spots for us. The tour of Duluth was breathtaking. We will be booking the longer one next time!
