Workshop de Paella com Sangria sem fundo no centro de Madrid

It was fun, and the cook and host were great. I was hoping for more hands-on in making the food, but I guess that would be hard to do with so many people. Need to let people know that the starting point is not the actual location, but will be meeting with the host running the class. My friend and I were looking for a place, not just a person. But she was exactly where she said she should be, so that was fine.

Chef Ivan and Cristal were great!!! They provided our group a fun, friendly, and authentic paella making experience. This was the real deal! We got to chop ingredients, learn the nuances of the true recipe, sauté them in the paella, and make the Sangria. So much fun and the meal at the end was more than enough to fill everyone.

Not as interactive as I would like but that was probably due to menu. Could have made a tapa and a dessert to round out the offering .

It was a great experience learning how to make paella and sangria! Highly recommend it. Dani and Silvana were great!

Our hosts were wonderful and made sure to get everyone involved. We enjoyed talking to others taking the class and making Paella and Sangria together. Our hosts also did a great job of explaining the process and giving us facts behind the dish.
