Paella nasceu aqui em Valência - e esta aula prática de culinária ensina a receita real, não a versão turística. Aprenda a fazer paella valenciana tradicional com carne e legumes, a maneira como as famílias locais a cozinharam por gerações. Sem atalhos. Apenas técnica autêntica de chefs valencianos que cresceram fazendo isso. Sua experiência começa no Mercado Ruzafa, uma jóia do bairro onde os moradores compram ingredientes frescos - longe das multidões do Mercado Central. Em seguida, junte-se ao nosso workshop de pequenos grupos para dominar os segredos: conseguir o socarrat perfeito (a preciosa crosta de arroz crocante), usando arroz Albufera dos campos próprios de Valência e equilibrando o zafrão como um Pró. Enquanto sua paella esfriar, desfrute de um workshop de fabricação de sangria e provar tapas tradicionais. Então sente-se para festejar sua criação com vinho local, salada, mistela e sobremesa caseira.

Really enjoyed this tour and cooking class! Guides were all so friendly and made the experience fun and easy. The food was delicious and loved all the small details that made it really feel like we were at home with our friends cooking in the kitchen. Shout out to Cristina and Jaime! They were both so amazing and answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to cook and spend time with.

An immersive experience for all participants. Task evenly distributed to include all. A fair price for a cooking class and restaurant atmosphere. As promised the duration of the class is three hours of fun and learning.
