Você poderá vivenciar a maneira local de comer e beber em Bolonha graças a esta experiência. Iremos levá-lo numa viagem gastronómica que o fará descobrir quais são os recantos escondidos que só os cariocas conhecem e que não pode deixar de experimentar! O objetivo é partilhar consigo como seria exatamente o nosso dia típico, o clássico passeio que fazemos com os nossos amigos e familiares, surpreendendo o seu apetite e paladar com + 10 provas de comidas e vinhos! Começaremos com uma típica tigella saborosa e deliciosa! Depois passaremos à compra e degustação direta de frios, queijos e pães. Experimentar a região de Bolonha com vinho local em um local histórico aberto desde 1465. Depois, caminhando pelo centro histórico, provaremos duas icônicas massas caseiras em uma clássica Osteria Bolognese, sempre acompanhadas de outro vinho local. Encerraremos com o melhor gelato da cidade!

Começaremos na Fonte de Netuno, é o nosso ponto de encontro! Você terá a oportunidade de ver o icônico Neptune Fontain e a Piazza Maggiore
Atravessamos a Piazza Maggiore, olhando para San Petronio, a principal igreja de Bolonha, para entrar no (quadrialtero) e começar nossa experiência gastronômica
Ficaremos no centro para visitar as mercearias locais escondidas, faremos a degustação de vinagre balsâmico, compraremos frios e queijos, pães diversos e iremos a uma icônica Osteria para provar tudo com algum vinho local
Caminharemos pela Oberdan para visitar outra Osteria local e saborear 2 massas caseiras principais, como tagliatelle con ragu e tortellini com vinho lambrusco
visitaremos a icônica finestrella de Bolonha e tiraremos ótimas fotos de 1 dos 7 segredos da cidade, canais subterrâneos de Bolonha
terminaremos nossa experiência tomando o melhor gelato de Bolonha na praça mais icônica da cidade!

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was awesome! We showed up late, which was completely my fault, and she still accommodated us and made it a great tour. Get the samurai gelato at the end.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at. Got to try the local bolognian food and the tour also had time for us to relax and get to know the people who were on the tour with us. Would recommend our guide and the tour itself to our friends.
