We had so much fun during this entire cosplay experience. The guide was so friendly and the makeup artist did a beautiful job. They helped guide us to the best photo places and took spectacular photos. Despite having a fear of heights, I felt super safe on the window and it was so cool to see Shinjuku from such a unique view. I would 100% do this again, and 100000% recommend to any cosplayer!

As a cosplayer with years of experience along with cosplaying male and female characters, I must say this is an absolute must for any tourist or Cosplayer in the Tokyo area. The stylists do a great job with the hair, along with the amazing makeup work that makes you look almost like the character you are cosplaying. I was Sailor Jupiter from Sailor Moon, and though the wig took a bit, along with a bit of a malfunction, the staff fixed it, and we were able to hit the streets. There we took many photos from the Godzilla movie theater, to an arcade. The whole time though the staff were friendly, welcoming, and offered suggestions for poses and how to do makeup. Again, an absolute must for any person coming to Japan, and I definitely will be back next time I find myself in Tokyo.

This cosplay experience was such a dream come true. I've been to Japan 7 times and I've never had the courage to cosplay while here. Navispot made it so easy and so much fun. While they had a multitude of cosplays to pick from, I brought my own favorite. They had makeup if you needed it too. The photoshoot in Shinjuku and Shinjuku ale was sooo professional. They brought me to many stops and then I got to sit in the window. The quality of the photos is amazing. I will treasure them forever. Book this experience!!

A really super cool experience, I was finally able to cosplay in Japan. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had some questions beforehand and they always answered quickly. Would definitely book it again.
