We had an excellent full-day Mount Fuji tour with Umar. From the very beginning, he was prompt, professional, polite, and courteous. Although the weather wasn’t cooperating and Mount Fuji was difficult to see, Umar did everything possible to give us the best chance of getting a good view throughout the day. He made the trip very comfortable by offering multiple opportunities to get out of the car, stretch our legs, explore, and grab something to eat. He also went above and beyond by taking wonderful photos of my son and me, which helped make the experience even more memorable. Umar speaks excellent English and communicated efficiently and clearly through WhatsApp before and during the tour, making everything easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Umar to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional guide. We truly appreciated his efforts and would gladly book another tour with him in the future.
Our driver, Attary, was punctual and waiting for us exactly on time to begin our Mount Fuji tour. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day with clear skies, pleasant weather, and low humidity, and Attary did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed every moment of it. This was a great experience. Definitely a must do if you're in Tokyo. Usman is a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about Mt Fuji and Japan in general. Would recommend the tour to others and I also recommend having Usman as your tour guide. He guided us in the best way possible for halal food, picture spots and activities. He also took photos for us so we could fully enjoy the time. Usman is highly, highly recrecommended!!

From the very beginning, he made us feel completely cared for. His kindness, warmth, and genuine passion for sharing his country transformed what could have been a simple sightseeing day into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. His knowledge of history was incredible, bringing every location to life with fascinating stories and insights. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully he planned our day. He carefully adjusted our itinerary based on the weather and crowd levels, ensuring we experienced each destination at the perfect time. Those little details made all the difference. He even took us to a charming local coffee shop for a quick breakfast, giving us a taste of authentic local culture that we never would have found on our own.
