Após a chegada ao Monte Saint-Michel, o nosso motorista deixá-lo-á no parque de estacionamento oficial, à entrada do local. A partir daqui, o acesso à ilha é exclusivamente pedonal ou através dos vaivéns oficiais, sendo os veículos proibidos na ponte pedonal. Um autocarro de transporte gratuito leva-o até ao sopé do Monte Saint-Michel em cerca de 20 minutos. Esta viagem é a oportunidade perfeita para admirar a mudança de paisagens da baía antes de descobrir a majestosa ilha.
Depois de chegar ao sopé do Monte, deixe-se encantar pela atmosfera medieval desta aldeia única, Património Mundial da UNESCO. A partir do terminal de cruzeiros do Havre ou de Honfleur, permanecer no recinto do terminal, junto à porta principal, e não se afastar. O nosso motorista estará à sua espera com uma placa com o seu nome ou o logótipo da MyCruise Excursion. O veículo será estacionado no parque de estacionamento próximo, reservado aos condutores privados, mas não poderá entrar no terminal. Foi criado um grupo WhatsApp para a sua excursão, a fim de assegurar uma boa coordenação. Descarregue a aplicação WhatsApp antes da sua chegada. Se não tiver uma ligação móvel à Internet, informe-nos com antecedência por correio eletrónico, para que possamos organizar um contacto alternativo. A hora de partida pode ser ajustada em função de condicionalismos logísticos ou de alterações do programa do cruzeiro. Consulte os seus e-mails ou mensagens WhatsApp no dia anterior à excursão, onde lhe será enviada uma confirmação ou um lembrete. Se estiver alojado num hotel, deve apresentar-se na receção à hora indicada no aviso enviado no dia anterior. O motorista irá buscá-lo neste ponto preciso.

My dream came through! We LOVED the experience. Even was very hard to find the driver outside the cruise ship but the bus was so comfortable and amazing visit to one of the wonders of the world!

Guide did not speak English. Our tickets for the tour were 1 to 3 We had to be back at parking spot by 315. Line to tour was long and they did not share wee to get tour. There was another area for different tour. Guide should’ve parked or dropped us off closer to times were not conducive with time allotted for trip. It was a very expensive uber Guide should’ve shared info during drive. Worst tour I’ve ever taken.

While we provide transportation and entry tickets, guests explore Mont Saint-Michel at their own pace. That said, we absolutely understand how important it is for all details to be clear and accessible, especially for ticketed experiences with timed entry. Regarding the Abbey visit, it’s true that during peak times, the line to enter can be long, and it’s essential to arrive at the entrance well before the ticketed time, as delays caused by the shuttle, walking time from the parking area, or crowds can impact entry. Even arriving early to the general area may still lead to challenges if guests reach the Abbey entrance after the ticketed time slot. As for the drop-off point, due to logistical limitations and local regulations around Mont Saint-Michel, drop-offs must occur at the designated shuttle area. Unfortunately, vehicles are not allowed to go closer to the entrance unless pre-arranged for accessibility purposes. We truly regret that the communication may not have been clearer, and your feedback is being shared internally so we can better highlight all these details in our descriptions and guest instructions. We had a very nice vehicle and an extremely accommodating driver (bathroom break and snacks stops)! This is strictly transportation to mont saint michel (ticket to abbey included) but extremely well coordinated and comfortable
