The guide was there waiting for us precisely at 730 as we asked. He was as nice as he could be not being able to speak any english so we had to use translation apps on our phones but most often he still didn’t seem to know what we were taking about. The day went well, we felt rushed, and honestly communication ruined it for the most part with myself and my family. The back of the van had a very high squeal sound the entire day. It was the chairs I believe, so every little bump we heard the high pitch and was really hard to deal with the whole day. The ac worked, and he hit every place we wanted. He was a very slow driver so we felt like we could have had more time at certain places but he definitely drove under the speed limit and seemed as though he was going in circles at times. Again a nice guy but we wouldn’t book this trip ever again. I have found that private hires are more expensive but definitely worth it

Steve was a great & friendly driver. He took us to all the stops in Paris, gave us the time needed & picked up within minutes of saying we were ready. The fresh bread upon pickup was a nice touch & enjoyed throughout our drive/tour!

Great tour! Jilani was very knowledgeable, nice, charming and patient. We were able to see Roun which is beautiful and many of the sites in Paris. If you can get him as a driver do it!

Great trip with the private driver into Paris. Hugo knew all the great tourist spots to visit with the time we had. We were on our own time at each stop and got to take in the sights without being rushed. He also took us to a few places that were not on our agenda. We would not have been able to view these amazing sights without his knowledge of the area. Slight English language barrier but we were able to work through it.

We had a great experience with Gelian. Our cruise ship excursion was canceled and we were happy we could book a driver from the cruise ship port to Paris. Gelian dropped us at various monuments and then came back to pick us up when we were ready. He spoke very good English so was able to answer our questions and give us a reccomendation for lunch.. Some have commented that they didn't know a full tour guide was extra. I felt this was clearly communicated. We felt it was a very good value for 6 of us.

We were excited to be able to visit Paris and our other tours with Viator have been wonderful. From the description it said all the places we would visit and had and English speaking guide. When we were picked up from the cruise port, there were two guides, one spoke very little English and the other no English. We were given the no English-speaking tour guide and followed the first guide to the Eiffel Tower. At that point it looked like we were going to be following each other rather than a private tour. We talked to the English-speaking guide, who then translated to our guide where we wanted to visit. He kept getting lost. We spent more time in the vehicle driving around to the locations than actually spending time at the sites. At one point, he took us to Notre Dame following a dump truck into the construction site and us getting yelled at for being at that location. Never did see Notre Dame. At one point, my husband use Google Translate to ask him about a building, and the guy said that he was not from the city and did not know the buildings. He kept having to call others for directions and using gps to navigate the town. Due to this experience this was the least liked city we toured and were very disappointed in what we got for our money. We did immediately call Viator to complain once we got back to the ship, and was given a 10% discount, which was not much for what we paid and experienced.

This was an amazing day trip. Our driver was great and provided us with a ton of things to see and lots of flexibility.

We had a very short window to visit Paris. Our guide made sure we were able to see everything we wanted to see in the amount of time we had. She provided us with a lot of interesting information. Overall it was a very good day.

Melina our driver stopped at all the places we wanted to see and gave us great advice about where to shop, where to eat. It was the best tour of our cruise. She was an excellent driver.

Joseph picked us up in Le Havre for a whirlwind trip to Paris! Van was great, he bent over backwards to get us to Saint Chapelle, Montmarte to view amazing Paris for quick shopping & stopped at a patisserie for a croissant before our river cruise on the Seine in front of the Eiffel Tower (pre booked boat & chapel from Viator as well). He got us back to the ship with plenty of time!! Although we don’t speak French his Spanish was excellent. Nice guy!!
