Visite uma tradicional fábrica de queijo Parmigiano Reggiano e aprenda os segredos de um dos ingredientes mais famosos da Itália. Veja os fabricantes de queijo no trabalho para ver como o queijo ainda é produzido seguindo métodos tradicionais. Veja os fabricantes de queijo puxar o produto dos vasos de leite e visitar as salas de moldagem e sal antes de ir para a stagionatura onde o queijo é envelhecido. Depois, deguste o delicioso queijo com vinho local. Na fábrica do jam, o passeio começa com uma breve introdução do lado histórico da produção, a partir daí você visitará a “etapa fria”, onde as carnes frescas são processadas. O passeio começa no início da manhã para chegar a uma fábrica de queijo e ver a produção de Parmigiano Reggiano. No caminho você verá a paisagem típica com os estábulos e os campos onde cresceu o forragem seco e fresco específico fixado do Consórcio para as vacas que produzem leite para o queijo Parmigiano Reggiano.
Descubra os segredos do Parmigiano Reggiano em uma visita guiada a um caseificio tradicional (fábrica de queijo) em Parma. Veja os principais fabricantes de queijos no trabalho enquanto fabricam este queijo icônico, separando o suco e moldando-o em suas rodas de marca. Siga a jornada do queijo através de cada fase da produção. Veja as salas de moldagem e sal, depois entre na stagionatura onde milhares de rodas envelhecem até a perfeição. Saiba sobre os testes rigorosos realizados pelo Consorcio, incluindo o martelamento de rodas de queijo antes do ritual icônico de marcação de fogo. We chose this trip because they provided transportation and the groups were smaller. It was a wonderful experience! We learned so much over the day, enjoyed fresh DOP Parmesan cheese and Parma proscuitto with wines, and chatted with both our guide and the other visitors. It is a very in-depth tour with plenty of time for questions and photos. Highly recommend!

This was an enjoyable and informative experience. Matteo was excellent explained a complex process in easy to understand words. Both sites were well organized and we enjoyed meeeting the owners of the facilities. Enjoyed the tasting and wine and appreciated how Claudio at the Proscuito site made sure we all had enough Prosciito.
An excellent tour by the son of a cheese master showing his expertise and enthusiasm. Guide was particularly attentive to my needs due to my hearing disability.
We booked a tour and paid for train tickets apart to be at meeting point in the morning it was really cold 🥶 and we waited for the guide to show up there was nobody there. We called the tour guy and he was not professional at all he said sorry tour was canceled they never call us to let us know about it and they don’t care about the kids being frozen he just hang up the phone be careful with this company terrible people .
we are really sorry we did not saw your booking as you booked overnight and nobody at our staff was working as it was bank holiday. We already fixed the bug with viator once again i am really sorry
