Você vai cozinhar 3 pratos peruanos e 2 cocktails. Nosso passeio pela culinária peruana, cocktails e mercado começa no Mercado de San Pedro (porta número 1), com uma visita a este mercado histórico. Vamos tentar algumas das frutas mais exóticas do Peru (super alimentos) Depois disso, caminharemos até o nosso estúdio de bar, uma casa tradicional de 1930. Começamos nossa experiência preparando os cocktails mais deliciosos com frutas frescas (compradas no mercado local que visitamos) e Pisco. Você vai cozinhar: tamal peruano (quinoa), cebiche e causa limeña. Nossa aula está em pleno andamento e você vai participar de toda a preparação. Depois da aula, também lhe enviaremos os recibos, para que você possa desfrutar com sua família e amigos. Nota: Os cocktails e experiências de culinária em Cusco são pela manhã e à tarde. * De manhã das 10h às 14h * Na tarde das 15:30 às 19:45 Nossos pratos são fáceis de ser convertidos em vegetariano. Conhecer suas necessidades alimentares é muito importante

This was a great experience. We went to the market before but Carlos really gave us a unique experience. We learned so much about the local foods and the market itself. The cooking class was very informative and was very accommodating for vegetarians and not! 100% recommends

Excellent experience for two adults and two kids (ages 12 and 17). Chef Carlos was family friendly and entertaining. Food and drinks were delicious too. It is a lot of food so come hungry.
Our chef/guide was very kind, even when we were running late due to traffic and his explanations during the market tour were very detailed. I can tell a lot of effort was put into the preparation of the foods we cooked with and used. I didn’t use alcohol in my drinks cause I’m too young but they were still sooo good! The foods were also awesome and everything tasted delicious!
Carlos provides an excellent presentation: starting in the market nearby to select ingredients and then making everything yourself under his guidance. Carlos is accommodating and professional, and does an excellent job explaining each ingredient's role in each dish. End result is tasty and will leave you feeling satisfied. 😋
Jesus was an amazing guide and chef! We had a lot of fun exploring the San Pedro market and cooking the dishes!
