Ooit al eens Zagreb willen verkennen in een perfect ontspannen tempo? Dit is geen saaie geschiedenisles. We raken de hoogtepunten van de stad op een wandeling die je niet ademloos laat, maar je wel dorst bezorgt. We leggen dezelfde iconische route af op beide tours : beginnend bij het Koning Tomislavplein, door de Groene Hoefijzerparken, langs het Ban Jelacicplein, de Kathedraal en de Dolacmarkt, tot aan de Stenen Poort van de Bovenstad en de San Marcokerk. Kies het slot dat bij uw smaakpapillen past : DE OCHTENDTOCHT (10:00 - 12:30 UUR) Sfeer : Frisse lucht en levendige ochtendmarkten. Hoogtepunt : We vangen het beroemde middagkanonvuur bij Lotrscak Tower! Beloning : Een proeverij van award winnende lokale Kroatische likeuren en ambachtelijke chocolade. DE MIDDAGTOCHT (17:30 - 20:00 UUR) Sfeer : Gouden uur uitzicht en lokale sociale scene. Highlight : Drinken begint na 17:00, geen zorgen ;) Beloning : Een proeverij van 7 lokale ambachtelijke bieren (monstergrote schenkingen) in de Tkalcicevastraat. Draag comfortabele schoenen voor de kasseien. Tot ziens op het Koning Tomislavplein!

We had a wonderful two-hour private walking tour of Zagreb with Ella. She is a perfect guide, sharing history, personal experience, and local expertise. We were able to see and learn so much and received excellent advice for dining and other activities. Ella took care of every detail of our trip from Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Bosnia and Montenegro! She's always on top of everything! This was a fantastic and informative tour of Zagreb. I highly recommend it, Ella is a wonderful guide. I was able to see the most famous attractions as well as more obscure landmarks.
In 2019, I had the pleasure of taking a walking tour with Ella. She had many stories about the city and she was highly knowledgeable about the stories and history of the city. Rafaella is a great tour guide, and I will explain why. Croatia is a great country; Zagreb and Split (plus Plitvice lakes) are great places to go and see. Croatian is an incredibly difficult language to learn, as only people in the Balkan countries (former Yugoslavia countries) speak it. Having a tour guide makes a world of difference. Having someone as knowledgeable as Rafaella makes a huge difference because she is from Croatia, specifically Zagreb. If you want to know something about the history of Zagreb, or Croatia, Rafaella knows about it and can tell you about it from her experience and her family's experience. Rafaella is a great person to have showing you around Zagreb, my group also did Split and Plitvice lakes, and all of those places were great. Our group had a phenomenal time getting to see and know Croatia (edit: My group went March of 2018 and not 2021 and it wasn't an option for me to say so outside of here, way before Covid happened and the social distancing and masking needs were a thing, that is why we were not wearing masks or social distancing at all in the pictures)
