- Inklapbare rolstoelen kunnen worden ondergebracht op voorwaarde dat de passagier wordt vergezeld door iemand die hen kan helpen bij het in- en uitstappen
- Kinderwagens kunnen zonder extra kosten onder de bus worden opgeslagen, op voorwaarde dat ze door de reiziger kunnen worden opgevouwen, minder dan 50 lbs wegen en geen motor hebben.
- Kinderen moeten reizen met een volwassene.
- Baby's en kinderen met een gewicht tot 18 kg (40 lbs.) die in een voertuig met veiligheidsgordel stappen, moeten in een goedgekeurd CMVSS-autostoeltje rijden dat wordt geleverd door de ouder of verzorger van het kind, en aan het voertuig worden vastgemaakt met de veiligheidsgordel (heupgordel). .
- Gecertificeerde geleidehonden mogen een persoon in onze bus vergezellen. Bij het inchecken moet een geldig geleidehond- of geleidehondencertificaat aan de chauffeur worden getoond. Neem vooraf contact op met het bedrijf om te bevestigen of u in aanmerking komt voor uw geleidehondcertificering.

Bus from Victoria to Vancouver was on time, clean, and dropped us off at our hotel. What great service! Would highly recommend.
Our first experience with this type of transfer - but it was flawless. We were checked in and picked up with luggage at Victoria pick up point, driven onto to ferry and back to bus at end of ferry ride. Drop off in Vancouver was perfect. Hats off to Tim, our driver with BC Connect who explained everything clearly and worked with all passengers on their drop off locations.
It’s a seamless and pleasant ride from Vancouver to Victoria. The bus is clean and comfortable, with precise bus schedule.
Driver was very clear with instructions and had a very pleasant personality. Seats comfortable. It would be good to offer a drop off at to the cruise ship terminal as had to get a taxi - it was only a short ride but too far to walk with luggage.
We were traveling with luggage and wanted to avoid the inconvenience of renting a car or using rideshares. This was a great option, and nice to have all taken care of from bus to ferry to airport without all the hauling of bags back and forth. Our driver was great and kept us informed what to expect on the trip, which we really appreciated.

This was the easiest and most cost effective way to travel from Victoria to Vancouver. The bus drove straight on to the Ferry. Passengers then go up on to one of the decks to enjoy an amazing beautiful ride through gorgeous scenery. All while our luggage stays safely locked in the bus. Once we reached Vancouver we returned to the bus. It pulled out from the Ferry and drove to several stops including an Airport trasfer location and the hotel where we stayed, the Fairmont Vancouver.

Never having been in Victoria before and travelling to Vancouver (a place we have been to either), our female driver was absolutely brilliant. She handled the bus and manoeuvre through the traffic with ease. Well done!!!

The pick up midtown went smoothly. I was worried about the weight of my suitcase but then it wasn’t weighed. It’s a seamless transfer from Victoria to Vancouver. Make sure the driver knows where you want to be dropped off. And pay attention when taking bags off the bus. Someone took my bag off the bus at the last stop do for 10-15 mins I did not have a bag. Luckily it was handed in to the hotel at the stop and I was dropped off to pick up my bag. A bit of a panic. Driver was very apologetic.
