Ga met ons mee voor een spannende walvisobservatie-ervaring op de Salish Sea aan boord van onze 12 - passagiers openlucht Zodiac schepen. Deze op maat gebouwde boten zijn ontworpen voor behendigheid, stabiliteit en een nauwe verbinding met de oceaan, waardoor ze ideaal zijn voor gasten die van avontuur houden en in de elementen zijn. Kijk uit voor Bultruggen, Orka's (Killer Whales), Grijze Walvissen en Minke Walvissen, samen met zeeleeuwen, zeehonden, bruinvissen en een verscheidenheid aan zeevogels. U wordt uitgerust in een Transport Canada-verplicht Mustang drijfpak en begeleid door een gecertificeerde schipper die ook dient als uw natuuronderzoeker aan boord. Onderweg leert u over de walvissen en het ecosysteem van de Salish Sea terwijl u de frisse kustlucht en het ongelooflijke landschap in u opneemt. We zijn er trots op om een succespercentage van 95 procent walvissen te bieden tijdens het hoogseizoen. Als er geen walvissen worden gezien tijdens uw tour, ontvangt u een gratis retourreis.

Great experience from start to finish. Safety suits and lots of help getting in to them. Full understanding of emergency equipment given. Kristin was superb, gave lots of explanation and very patient. Saw humpbacked whales and seals. I would highly recommend this trip and this company.
Great whale watching trip on the zodiacs. We went on a morning trip and had some great sightings humpbacks and then booked a second trip for an afternoon a few days after, mainly in the hope to see orcas. We had Sarah and then Kristin for our guides/captain and they really looked after everyone. Their knowledge of the local wildlife was also great. They provided a free collection or drop off to our hotel. All the whale watching companies communicate when on the water which helps with seeing the whales. As you can tell, we would certainly recommend Orca Spirit and use them again if we get to come back.
The staff, especially our guide Ryan, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our guide Ryan was able to put us close to over 7 beautiful hump backs. The ride on the zodiac was thrilling
Great morning out, a bountiful supply of local sea life including humpbacks, sea lions, harbour seals and a rather charming sea otter, with commentary throughout from our skipper Shannon. Highly recommend the experience.
The most amazing whale watching experience my wife & I have ever had! Francisco was an incredible tour guide. He knew where to look for the whales, krill, bears & sea lions. We saw everything! It was a tour that defied all expectations! We are also locals so the last statement says a lot. Thank you again for making our day! The added bonus of seeing my wife smile from that experience is the best gift a man could get. Cheers.

A brilliant experience. We saw humpback whales and orcas. The guide was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Scenery & wildlife spectacular. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. Can only recommend this tour. We came relatively close to both humpback whales and minke whales. Wild experience. Very skilled Captain Ryan, who sailed safely through the waves and spoke with professional expertise about the sea and animals. So also sea lions and a sea otter. Set off. It is so exciting. Would like to do it again.

The ride in the Zodiac boat alone was an experience; thanks to the suits we received before departure, we stayed warm and dry. We caught a fairly sunny day and were able to see humpback whales and also two orcas. Shannon told us many interesting things about these and other animals. I can definitely recommend this tour

Cam gave us a wonderful and informative tour on 08/23/26 at 2:00 PM, where we were actually able to see killer whales, humpback whales, and sea lions. Can only recommend it and thank you for this experience!!

I had the most magical experience with Orca Spirit adventures and Liam as a guide! We kicked off with watching not one but three humpback whales hunting and playing with the seaweeds . Then proceeded to observe sea lions and seals at the lighthouse. And then we had the most amazing and magnificent encounter with 2 or 3 pods of Orca whales. At some point we were just surrounded by them, and watched how they hunt, socialize and play. We saw orca calves playing and bridging and a huge orca male who came to check we are not a danger and then dived into the ocean under our boat. And if that was not enough- the humpback whale female came too and made a triumph sound while the male orca was making sure she is not interrupting too much. As to Liam’s words- we and him were completely speechless and overwhelmed with the experience. I will never forget this.
