Ongeacht het moment van de dag, wees voorbereid op het avontuur van je leven! De 61-voet comfortabele Ocean Cruiser - Marauder IV is snel, stil, stabiel en geschikt voor alle leeftijden. Ontspan terwijl u binnen, buiten of op het bovendek met de kapitein zit – de kijkopties zijn allemaal geweldig! Bijzonder uniek zijn de zijdekken die over de gehele lengte van de boot lopen. Er is veel ruimte om te bewegen, wildlife te bekijken en die perfecte foto te maken. Uw Expert naturalisten zijn aan boord om een onvergetelijke en leerzame ervaring te garanderen. Leun achterover en stem af op ons verhaal over wilde dieren en de natuurlijke geschiedenis van de kust van Vancouver Island. Tijdens uw cruise helpt onze ervaren bemanning u een verscheidenheid aan walvissen en andere zeedieren te spotten die in de Salishzee leven, waaronder orka's, bultruggen, zeeleeuwen, zeehonden, otters en adelaars. Tijdens de tour zal onze bemanning fascinerende inzichten delen in de biologie van de walvissen en hun oceaanhabitat. Nieuwsgierig naar iets? Voel je vrij om onderweg vragen te stellen! Als u het koud begint te krijgen, stap dan in de ruime, verwarmde hut en warm op met een gratis kopje koffie, thee of warme chocolademelk. U kunt nog steeds genieten van het uitzicht door grote ramen terwijl u uw zoektocht naar zeeleven voortzet. Je avontuur eindigt terug in Victoria's binnenhaven.

Whale watching was a fun experience. We saw two Orcas and a bunch of sea lions. Bald eagles and loons as well. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The boat had more than enough seating and handled the waves very well. No motion sickness from anyone.

Best whale watching ever!!! 5 stars. 2 humpback whales mugged us at the same time for very long, we saw another humpback after aswell. Later on, we saw sea lions and seals!

The tour was absolutely amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the naturalist Morgan and Katie were a wealth of knowledge and were so excited and enthusiastic about, not only the trip but also, caring for the environment. Captain Jasper did a great job getting us to just the right spots and steering the boat so everyone got a good view of the whales. And whales there were! We saw two pods of Orcas and "Exclamation", the humpback who swam back and forth under our boat for 20 mins. It was truly an amazing experience being closer than 2 metres from such a magnificent creature. We were so close we could feel the spray from its spout and smell it (which wasn't great). I guess encounters this close don't happen every day but unless we did the tour it would never have happened at all. The tour was recommended to us by other tourist we'd met the day before, who also had a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend to anyone thinking about doing a whale watching tour in Victoria and would do it again the next time we're here.

The tour exceeded my expectations. We saw five whale, one was logging by our boat and showed off.. Crew was great, kudos to Morgan our naturalist whose expertise and knowledge was outstanding. Thank you Morgan for a great experience. Thank you Jasper our captain and Brittany for a fabulous excursion. We also saw very active sea lions and seals. I highly recommend this excursion. Beware it's very chilly on the water so dress in layers and bring a hat...

This was my third time doing a trip with Springtide and my expectations were high but once again they exceeded them. My husband and our friend from The Netherlands had never seen an Orca and we were blessed with them swimming as close to our boat as they could be. We also saw a baby one in the second group we were lucky to see. I missed having Captain Ian and Aly but I was told Cptn Jasper was a great one too and he sure delivered. So nice to see Annet and Katie again and you just can’t go wrong booking with Springtide. They really take care of you and it is worth every penny.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Unforgettable Experience! What an incredible whale-watching tour! We were lucky enough to see two families of orcas, with lots of breaching and amazing activity. It was truly breathtaking and something we will never forget. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and so interactive, especially with the children.
