Ga op een betoverende reis rond het prachtige eiland Ithaca aan boord van een klassieke houten boot. Uw dag zal worden gevuld met de schoonheid van kristalhelder water, rijke cultuur en heerlijke traditionele Griekse snacks, vers seizoensfruit en sappen. Verken de kiezelstranden van Pera Pigadi, Filiatro en Gidaki, waar het water transparant, schoon en versierd is met een zachte turquoise tint. Geniet van zwemmen en snorkelen in deze serene en pittoreske locaties. Bezoek vervolgens het charmante dorpje Vathy, de hoofdstad van Ithaca. Deze aantrekkelijke nederzetting toont een uitgesproken Venetiaanse invloed, met mooie huizen met pannendaken, imposante herenhuizen en pittoreske stenen steegjes. Dwaal door het dorp en ontdek de verborgen juweeltjes. Leg de schoonheid van "Lazaretto" vast, een klein eiland in de baai van Vathy. Bedekt met pijnbomen, is dit eiland de thuisbasis van slechts één gebouw, de kapel van de Transfiguratie van de Verlosser, biedt een unieke en rustige foto gelegenheid.

Begin uw cruise om 9.00 uur vanuit de haven van Sami
Zwem in het kristalheldere water van het strand "Pera Pigadi", een afgelegen strand in het zuidoosten van Ithaca. Geniet tijdens de cruise van vers fruit en de traditionele Kefalonische snack "Riganada".
Vaar naar het strand "Filiatro" voor de tweede zwemstop. Filiatro is het dichtstbijzijnde strand van Vathy, de hoofdstad van Ithaca. Zwem in het warme, ondiepe kristalheldere water.
Verken Vathy, de hoofdstad en de belangrijkste haven van Ithaca sinds de 16e eeuw. Het pittoreske dorp, het grootste van het eiland, is amfitheatrisch gebouwd rond een diepe en beschutte baai met een smalle ingang. Langs de waterkant vindt u een grote verscheidenheid aan tavernes en cafés.
Ga verder met een fotostop bij Lazaretto, een prachtig, klein eiland gelegen in de baai van Vathy. Het is bedekt met pijnbomen en heeft slechts één opgetrokken gebouw: de kapel van de Transfiguratie van de Verlosser. Tijdens de Venetiaanse overheersing deed het dienst als quarantainestation voor schepen, passagiers, bemanning en goederen die de haven van Vathy binnenkwamen.
Het strand van Gidaki is een aantrekkelijk en afgelegen strand dat alleen per boot bereikbaar is vanuit de haven van Vathy. Ontdek het exotische strand, omringd door witte kliffen bedekt met groene vegetatie en zie de kleuren van het water variëren van diepblauw tot groen. Dit is de perfecte locatie om zelf te zwemmen en te zonnen.
Vaar terug naar de haven van Sami. Aankomsttijd 16:00 uur.

This was definitely one of the best boat trips we have done. Great value, friendly staff, drinks and snacks provided. Highly recommend - a fantastic day around the gorgeous Greek islands.

Going on the Zaharatos day cruise from Sami to Ithaca was truly the best thing we did on our holiday in Kefalonia. It was a magical, unforgettable day in every way. Arranging the trip was quick and easy, and everything was delivered exactly as promised - actually, even more than expected. The boat was nice, comfortable and spotless, with enough water, juices, fruit and snacks available throughout the journey. The stops were perfectly chosen - we had time to swim, take photos of the breathtaking scenery, and enjoy stunning beaches and a walk through charming Vathy. All credit goes to the Zaharatos Cruises team: professional, kind and always ready to help. On our return, strong winds made sailing back difficult, but they ensured a safe ferry transfer and even refunded part of the ticket price. That level of care and responsibility says it all! This trip will stay in our memories forever. Hats off to the crew and to the captain! Wishing you calm seas and great success ahead. Definitely recommended - five stars, without a doubt!

Really good treatment, i suggest the experience! The weather was not good and the trip was done by 3/4 so they refund us of 1/4 of the price and offer free day tour.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, great traditional food and fabulous swim stops. A must if you are staying in Sami. We went on the TUI premium adventure which was awful compared to this. Great value for money with plenty of time at the 3 swim stops and time for a wander around the island port. A totally relaxing day. Don't miss out on this boat scenic adventure

We spent a wonderful day crusing towards Ithaka, swimming in amazing turquoise waters and walking through the picturesque town of Vathy. The boat was charming and the crew was amazing, extremely nice and polite! Absolutely a must if you visit this part of Kefalonia.

This is the boat to go to Ithaca on. Great swim stops, food and drinks served, the crew are brilliant and very attentive. Our day was cut a little short due to poor weather, but they dropped the price for us can’t complain.

We chose a day cruise to Ithaca with Zaharatos cruises and it was fabulous. The crew on the boat were friendly and attentive. We had two swim stops on the way to Vathy which were great and one on the way back. Vathy is an attractive small town with some lovely shops,cafes and restaurants. We had free refreshments on the boat following the swim stops which were most welcome. A good day out and very well with it.
