We had a transfer from Playa Del Carmen to Holbox, the service was seamless from start to finish. The communication via WhatsApp was swift and informative. The booking process was made very easy and the driver arrived at Playa Del Carmen within 5 minutes of us arriving 40 minutes early. The transportation was clean and spacious and the driver was friendly. I would highly recommend this transfer Company, very reliable.

The service exceeded all expectations! We were promptly picked up at our hotel by a courteous taxi driver, who ensured we arrived at the ferry terminal with tickets ready. On the other side, our driver was waiting with a clearly visible name sign. The ride to the airport was safe, smooth, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
We have used Holbox Adventure twice on our holiday so far, with the third time later today. They took us to Holbox and then from Holbox to Tulum with a stop at Chichen Itza. Both times they have been outstanding, immaculate confirmations when booking and again the day before, extremely friendly and professional drivers, and reasonable value I think. Thoroughly recomended.
Service was helpful planning the time we needed to be picked up from the hotel. All fares were included in the price - taxi, ferry and van.
