Als Passagiers bij ons boeken, krijgen zij ook deze aanvullende diensten; Meet & Greet: We bieden een meet & greet-service aan voor het ophalen van de luchthaven vanuit de aankomsthallen. Vluchtbewaking: we houden toezicht op de vluchten en beheren de pick-ups dienovereenkomstig. In geval van vertragingen in de vlucht sturen we de chauffeurs dienovereenkomstig. Gratis wachttijd: Alle luchthavenklanten krijgen één uur gratis wachten vanaf de landing van de vlucht of 30 minuten gratis wachten vanaf de gewenste ophaaltijd. Alle huis-/hotelklanten hebben 15 minuten wachttijd vanaf de gewenste ophaaltijd. Onze chauffeurs zijn vriendelijk en beheersen de Engelse taal goed. Wij houden onze voertuigen altijd netjes en opgeruimd, zodat de passagiers een prettige reis hebben.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Het ontmoetingspunt voor de luchthaven is een Costa-coffeeshop in de aankomsthal. Voor het ophalen van huizen en hotels moeten passagiers het ontmoetingspunt vooraf bevestigen. Bevestig de ophaaltijd bij het hotel in het opmerkingenveld. Deze moet minimaal 3,5 tot 4 uur vóór vertrek van de vlucht zijn.

I would like to highlight the excellent transfer service we receive on our journey from Gatwick Airport to Paddington as well as on the way back to the airport. Everything was impeccable both on the way and back. Punctuality was absolute, even in the return transfer at 03:30 a.m., something that always generates some concern when traveling with the family. The driver was very professional and friendly, and also called us minutes earlier to confirm his arrival. I also want to highlight that we received a previous email clearly indicating which vehicle would pick us up, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and confidence. Undoubtedly a serious, organized and highly recommended service. We will repeat on future trips.

Highly recommend. Used their service for Gatwick - Tenterden - Gatwick transfer. Excellent customer service, professional drivers. Driver who picked me up at Gatwick waited additional two hours because my flight was delayed due to weather. Return drive to Gatwick encountered standstill traffic backup which driver expertly handled resulting in minimal delay. Very reliable company - you're in good hands with them. Will be booking again.

This is one of the best cab services I've ever used. Great affordable price and prompt on time! Me & my husband booked them for Gatwick airport drop off on the 1st of June and pick up on 15th. The driver arrived on time 25 min early approx. Very polite and friendly drivers! Would recommend. They accept cash or card payments.

From the airport to the hotel the chofer decided not to take the highway without asking us and during the trip there were lots of potholes in the road. From the hotel to the airport was a smooth trip.

I will not take this minicab again, the experience was too bad. The car is not tidy and the driver was not helpful, even did not remember where he park .
